You will act as the Staff Mechanical Engineering Owner’s Representative with technical expertise for mechanical engineering issues, design management of in-house and outside resources, code compliance, Disney design standards, documentation, specifications, and life cycle cost analysis for best value. 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design, HVAC/DX/VRF/CHW applications, central plant development and operational guidance, hydraulics, hydronics, compressed air, overall kitchen designs and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

This role is focused on delivering secure, scalable, cloud-first communication solutions using RingCentral, NiCE CXone, and Cyara.
You will work closely with Contact Center Operations, Agile delivery teams, and technology partners to continuously improve customer and associate experiences across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms
Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms
Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts
RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering
NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development
Cyara or similar modern telephony orchestration platforms
Experience designing and supporting UCaaS and CCaaS (including IVRs and contact center workflows) solutions in large enterprise environments
Solid knowledge of networking concepts related to real-time communications
Preferred Qualifications:
Supporting remote contact center agents
REST API integrations and automation
Scripting using PowerShell or Python
Workforce management, call recording, or speech technologies
PSTN carrier and phone number lifecycle management

- This person would train with senior manuscript editors, working with the AMA Manual of Style, reading sections and completing quizzes on style topics.
- They would observe and participate in the daily activities of JNO and specialty journal manuscript editors to get a sense of what the job is like.
- They would meet with Graphics, Production, Proofreading, and other teams with whom manuscript editors collaborate.
- Under the supervision of the Managing Editor and Assistant Deputy Managing Editor, they would edit commentaries with the eventual goal of editing a Research Letter.

REQUIREMENTS:
- The intern should be a 3rd or 4th year student at 4-year college, majoring in English, journalism, or life sciences who is interested in pursuing a career in medical editing.
