Job Summary
The Junior Product Manager will support the development and execution of Blue Tees Golf’s hardware products and their companion software experiences. Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Execution
- Assist in defining product requirements and writing clear PRDs / feature specifications for new golf hardware and companion apps / firmware updates
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and golfer/user interviews to uncover unmet needs and validate product ideas
- Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks
- Work closely with engineering (hardware + firmware), industrial design, manufacturing, UX/UI, and marketing/sales teams to ensure smooth execution from concept → prototype → production → launch
- Gather and analyze user feedback, on-course testing data, return rates, reviews, and sales performance to inform iteration decisions

Qualifications and Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sports Management, Industrial Design, or related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and golfer needs for engineers

Job Summary:
The Concrete Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for concrete work on commercial, industrial, and/or residential construction projects. This role includes reviewing plans and specifications, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, obtaining and analyzing vendor/subcontractor pricing, and assembling complete, competitive bids in alignment with company goals and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural, structural, and civil drawings, specifications, and addenda to understand the full scope of concrete work.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for concrete, rebar, formwork, embedded items, and related materials using digital takeoff/estimating software.
- Develop comprehensive material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates for all phases of concrete work.
- Prepare bid proposals, alternates, and value‐engineering options in coordination with project managers and field operations.
- Solicit, review, and level vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure scope coverage and cost competitiveness.
- Identify risks, clarifications, and exclusions, and clearly document them in estimate and proposal deliverables.

The Sr. Process Validation Engineer is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and validation of complex manufacturing processes supporting the company’s cell therapy programs. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and technical judgment, serving as a subject matter expert for fill/finish, container closure systems, and process validation activities across late stage development and commercial readiness. The position partners cross-functionally with MSAT, Manufacturing, Facilities, Device, R&D, Regulatory, and Bioinformatics to enable robust, compliant, and scalable GMP manufacturing processes and to support regulatory submissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of Master Validation Plans for GMP equipment and manufacturing processes, including authorship, review, and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ, PPQ, and related validation protocols in alignment with cGMP and regulatory expectations.
• Provide technical oversight for the installation, qualification, integration, and lifecycle management of new and existing process equipment supporting late-stage development and commercial readiness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for aseptic fill/finish operations for cell therapy drug products, including definition of critical process parameters and validation of associated processes.
• Lead the development, implementation, and validation of primary container closure systems (CCS), including design and execution of feasibility and development studies and collaboration with external CROs and testing laboratories.
• Act as a key technical stakeholder for container closure integrity testing (CCIT), including development, qualification, or adaptation of test methods where standard methods are not available.
• Integrate automated processing systems across all unit operations, including cell seeding, feeding, harvesting, filling, and cryopreservation.
• Lead development of secondary packaging solutions and support execution of shipping studies, stability programs, and technology transfer of validated processes to Manufacturing Operations.

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring administrative, contractual, financial and technical aspects of the assigned project(s) being executed. Senior Project Engineer will be reporting to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management of Engineering or related field.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (Viewpoint or similar) and Scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
- Apply a complete and proficient understanding of construction management, engineering, safety, scheduling, estimating, budgets, costing and procurement.
- Analyzing and interpreting data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

The Project/Construction Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and closeout of construction and/or relocation projects. Projects will be assigned based on workload, and may be grouped based on geography, client, or project type. This position will support the team direction and assist with the motivation of the team members. The Project/Construction Manager is expected to see all jobs to completion.
Responsibilities include assemblage of all team resources (internal and external), including project scoping, selection and management of consultants, design professionals, contractors, vendors and inter-departmental support. Scope of work to be managed will incorporate all project components including design, furniture, move management, construction, telecommunications, information technology, audio-visual and security systems. Project Manager will be responsible for contract management (consultant, contractor and vendor), financial management (including budget preparations and cost tracking), and performance management (including planning, scheduling, implementation, status reporting and client satisfaction). The Project Manager will act as the primary interface with outside clients and stakeholders, including third-party engineering companies, involved in projects.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and manage project budgets and scope changes
- Track and report project anticipated costs
- Identify potential budget problems and ensure budgets are met
- Prepare project schedules
- Ensure milestones are identified, tracked and communicated to all team members and that scope changes, and other issues affecting projects, are identified and managed
- Prepare scope documents and proposals that identify project objectives, scope of work, resources, project team roles, budgets, schedules, assumptions, risks and constraints
- Track invoicing including the ensuring of timely, accurate, and compliant turnaround of invoice approvals, dispute resolution, change order negotiation and issuance
- Assist in the preparation of consultant, contractor, and vendor contracts and purchase orders - ensuring complete, enforceable scopes of services, terms and conditions, costs, and payment processes
- Ensure that project teams meet all procedural requirements for code, safety permitting and audit compliance
- Chair regularly-scheduled project team meetings for all projects; prepare and track meeting minutes and action item lists
- Provide timely and continual communication to customers
- Provide feedback to the other Project Managers, Facility Managers, and Move Managers on consultant/vendor performance, project issues, new resources and opportunities for continual improvement
- Exercise discretion and judgment when managing the projects and daily tasks, and working with clients, customers and the project team

· Regular visits to job sites and daily reporting via Raken.
· Act as on-site client representative to manage workflow and builder coordination.
· Coordinate scheduling of special inspections and be responsible for maintaining copies of inspection reports and logs.
· Review builders’ safety plan, JHA’s, and stop any unsafe work practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or comparable experience
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred
- Minimum of five years of project management experience
- Ten years of experience in the fields of general contracting, construction management, relocation planning, facility management or architectural design
- At least three years experience in an in-house Facilities Management environment desired
- Specific experience in large-scale tenant improvement and/or mechanical / electrical systems projects
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing and related processes
- Strong project management and organizational skills; participatory management style desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; along with financial and leadership skills
- Proficiency in contract assemblage and administration, automated project scheduling and spreadsheet applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; AutoCAD experience a plus
- Ability to manage deadlines

What You’ll Need:
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
