The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receive the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.

In addition, DMs are responsible for reviewing sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers, and routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the customer as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking.

What You Will Do

Reading contracts for understanding of the deliverables
Working in a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and/or receivables
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain requested data
Proofreading data for compliance to the requirement(s)
Managing the data deliverable schedule and providing the data to the customer on-time
Learning and understanding contractually required markings applied to data
Running forecast reports and providing them to the appropriate stakeholders
Providing metrics related to on-time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request
Reviewing and approving sub-tier supplier statements of work for data requirements
Supporting program meetings and providing training to program personnel and customers and/or suppliers
Handling and protection of Company Intellectual Property (IP) as well as U.S. government IP and classified information

Qualifications you must have

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience OR a related Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience related to data management and/or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support/service role

What You Will Do

Review requirements to develop test objectives and success criteria for verification.
Develop, review, and execute test plans and test procedures supporting test objectives.

The candidate will support state-of-the-art ultra-wideband phased array antennas, individual antennas, and RF Low Observables (LO) within the Company. The selected candidate will work with various teams of engineers and scientists with backgrounds in AESAs, Antennas, Radomes, Computational Electromagnetics Modeling (CEM), RF Test, Mechanical, Structural and Thermal analysis, Material Science, Process and Manufacturing Engineering and survivable antenna technology.

What You Will Do

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
Mentor and guide more junior engineers and technicians in the design, build, and test phases of projects and programs.
Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.
Participate in and guide the testing of RF hardware for required performance metrics: VSWR, insertion loss, gain, polarization, RCS.

Qualifications You Must Have

NOVA Engineering and Environmental is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a focus on graphic design and social media to support our offices across the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a few years of experience or a recent graduate looking to grow within A/E/C marketing. The role blends traditional proposal and marketing support with hands-on graphic design, brand support, and social media execution. The position reports to the Marketing Supervisor and works closely with marketing, business development, and technical teams.

Essential Functions:

The successful candidate will work closely with the various Business Development Associates, Operational Managers and senior staff throughout the company. Primary job responsibilities will include the following:

Marketing & Proposal Support:

Coordinate and manage the end to end proposal development process, from go/no go through final submission
Assist with the coordination, development, editing, and production of SOQs, presentations, SF330's and more using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office365
Support proposal strategy sessions and assist with presentation development and production
Write, edit, and format proposal content, resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate content using Deltek CRM, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools
Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate materials
Support proposal close out activities, debriefs, and process improvements
Assist with market research to help offices identify trends, clients, and competitors
Support regional marketing and business development meetings as needed

Graphic Design & Brand Support:

Produce and update marketing graphics for proposals, presentations, and collateral in accordance with NOVA brand standards
Assist with maintaining and growing NOVA's internal graphics and template library
Support the development of regional marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, conference displays, and digital assets
Ensure consistency with corporate branding across all marketing materials

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

Assist with NOVA's social media program to support brand awareness, recruiting, and community engagement
Create and schedule social media content, including graphics and short-form copy, in coordination with the marketing team
Help track engagement metrics and support reporting on social media performance

Systems & Administration:

Support the Client, Project, and Employee Database (Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint)
Assist with tracking business opportunities and leads in the CRM
Help coordinate the renewal of annual contracts and pre-qualification certifications

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Education:

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience or equivalent (A/E/C industry preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI) and Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat), as well as experience in database management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong quality control skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint Applications, including Deltek Vantagepoint's CRM Software a plus
Motivated self-starter with ability to problem solve
Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to travel between offices on occasion
