Project Executive – Industrial (PV Manufacturing & Chemical Plants) | Arizona | General Contractor
A leading General Contractor is seeking a Project Executive to lead the delivery of large-scale PV manufacturing facilities and chemical processing plants across Arizona. This is a critical leadership role focused on complex, high-value industrial projects supporting the growth of clean energy manufacturing and advanced process industries.
The Role
As Project Executive, you will oversee multiple ground-up industrial projects from early-stage development through commissioning and start-up. You will serve as the primary client interface while ensuring exceptional performance across safety, schedule, quality, and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of PV manufacturing and chemical plant projects ranging from $100M to $1B+
- Lead preconstruction strategy, including cost planning, value engineering, constructability, and procurement of long-lead/process equipment
- Oversee delivery of complex process systems, including cleanrooms, chemical processing lines, high-purity piping, and specialty utilities
- Drive project execution excellence, ensuring alignment with aggressive schedules and operational readiness milestones

Requirements
- 15–20+ years of experience with a General Contractor, focused on industrial, manufacturing, or chemical/process facilities
- Proven track record delivering PV manufacturing, semiconductor, battery, or chemical plant projects
- Strong knowledge of process engineering coordination, MEP systems, and specialty installations (cleanrooms, high-purity systems, hazardous materials handling)
- Experience with Design-Build, EPC, and GMP delivery models

The Position
MAG is seeking a qualified transportation engineer to support the activities related to the management and implementation of the Safety Policy Program.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing scopes, schedules and budgets of transportation planning studies.
- Assessing, analyzing and evaluating crash data, safety countermeasures, transportation infrastructure design, functionality, cost, schedule, and project risk.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders for project design and implementation efforts.
- Managing the procurement, execution and oversight of consultant contracts.
- Facilitating the MAG Transportation Safety Committee and presenting at public meetings.
- Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders on safety initiatives.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be proficient in leading planning level analysis, coordinating with internal and external agency partners, and have experience with managing consultants or consultant teams. The candidate should have relevant experience in transportation safety planning, demonstrating a strong level of understanding and competency regarding urban traffic safety; multidisciplinary road safety initiatives; standards and best practices; and safety-related data. The candidate should also have experience presenting complex technical information to a diverse set of stakeholders, including members of the public and policy makers. Experience with human factors, safety education, and strong writing skills is a plus.
