A well-established manufacturer operating in a highly regulated environment is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations for the Rochester, NY facility.
This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role with responsibility for a 24x7 multi-shift operation, focused on operational excellence, safety and environmental improvements, equipment performance optimization, and team development. The role plays a critical part in driving performance, reducing operational risk, and strengthening manufacturing systems and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

- Oversee manufacturing documentation, investigations, SOPs, batch records, and NCMRs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain on new product introductions, validations, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate capacity constraints, technical risks, and performance trends to Planning and Finance.
- Collaborate with Facilities on short- and long-term equipment and layout planning.
People & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and operators.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (preferred).
- 8+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership or people management role.
- Experience leading high-volume, equipment-intensive manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulated manufacturing environments.

Scope of Position:
· Senior project manager to support various projects for Company Advanced Optics (AO) division.
· Responsible for leading technical teams and working with internal and/or external customers to define and execute programs and meet customer needs.
· Defines and executes overall program plans, including project schedules, budgets, and people resource needs, to enable programs to scale appropriately in each stage to meet technical, schedule, and cost targets.
· Drives progress from initiation through delivery, reconfirming each program's value proposition at each stage, and recommending the progression (or elimination) of programs at each stage to leadership, as appropriate.

About the facility: The Williamson, NY operation is a roughly 1 million sq ft production facility with 217 acres of land. The site is the Home of the Brand Motts that has been delighting our consumers for more than 140 yrs. We produce a wide variety of products with diverse packaging capabilities going from Apple sauce, to juices and concentrates . Alongside production, the site includes a raw apple operation that is key for the success of the site.The site operation functions on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); principles of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma; and the power of High Performance Teams. This facility is a Unionized location. We are adding to our facility and have lots opportunity to grow and learn our industry!
Shift and Schedule: We currently have an opening on Nights. This facility does run 24/7. This individual would work from 6:00pm - 6:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Compensation: This is a full time, Union role. Starting pay is $45.00/hr. The candidate will also be awarded a $7,000 sign on bonus.
Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
The Electro-Mechanic Technician(Manufacturing Maintenance Technician) performs project management duties, maintenance and repairs of all pneumatic machines and line equipment.
What you'll Do:
- Responsible for calibration of microprocessor based control equipment.
- Responsible for repair/installation of general instrumentation and electrical control systems.
- Required to be able to read and understand relay logic for the purpose of troubleshooting and repair.
- Must be able to perform tests and calibration procedures using test equipment including but not limited to CRT terminals, data recorders, multimeter, megger, and amprobe.
- Will frequently work under pressure to diagnose problems.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and change PLC programming.
- Must have understanding of power distribution and wiring practices.
- Ability to install panel boxes, remote control equipment, motors, power and lighting circuits.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on all electrical jobs. Ability to complete work in conformance of any and all safe work practices.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot research specific IT systems, databases, and software tools. Support electronic data capture platforms and research management systems. Ensure all systems meet institutional and regulatory requirements for healthcare research.
- Design and manage data pipelines, storage environments, and access controls for research datasets. Oversee data integrity, documentation, and metadata standards across projects. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rochester, NY. The Jr Engineer will assist in the design and development of electrical & mechanical systems, collaborate with senior engineers on project specifications, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Create detailed drawings with limited input from Senior Engineers
- Perform calculations under engineering supervision
- Create major layouts under engineering supervision
- Select components and create design under engineering supervision
- Work with 3D Modeling Software, primarily Revit MEP
- Be familiar with and apply industry accepted drawing standards
- Be responsible to check your own work and to produce high quality output
- The role requires a hands-on approach to electrical design and an ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams.

- Create and maintain Electrical modeling standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Design and a strong understanding of Engineering principles
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes is a plus
- AutoCAD / Revit / 3D Modeling experience a plus.
- MS windows / office applications experience
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be self motivated, organized and have an attention to detail.
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overtime when required
