The Regional Asset Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of a portfolio totaling approximately 7 assets and 2.5 million square feet of primarily office and research facilities. The Service Engineer will:

• Install and maintain chemical systems, pool pumps, filters, and associated equipment.
• Perform water chemistry tests and maintain the balance of pool systems.
