RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Responsible for supervising all technical operations related to the department. (I.E. Structures, Bond Shop, Paint Shop, etc.)

PRIMARY PURPOSE
Responsible for providing health care for patients in designated primary or specialty areas, including patient diagnoses, treatment, education, and referrals. The MEP Coordinator is responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction of Mission Critical facilities (e.g., data centers) and other related construction projects. This position will supervise the Mechanical and Electrical trade contractors and equipment vendors involved in the project and coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, develop reports, follow processes, and complete documentation from pre-construction thru close-out.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for month-end close activities, maintaining subledgers, preparing journal entries, and overseeing billing processes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and assist with month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare, review, and post journal entries Maintain and reconcile subledgers, including AR, AP, and other operational accounts Support billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances Assist with internal reporting, audits, and compliance requirements Collaborate with operations and other departments to support financial accuracy Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of accounting experience; logistics, transportation, or service-based industry experience preferred Strong understanding of month-end close, journal entries, and subledger accounting Experience with billing and revenue processes Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Interested in hearing more?
