Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work directly with engineering, production and operation in a hardware-focused fashion to streamline builds while reducing variation and non-conformances.

- Own and manage internal quality program, ensuring full compliance with applicable standards while maintaining a lean program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Direct responsibility for owning or implementing quality assurance requirements. (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 etc.).
- Experience in management leading a team and interfacing with executives; comfortable negotiating resources and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The ANEUVO ExaStim® Stimulation System is a non-invasive neuromodulation system that has received CE Mark approval and FDA Breakthrough Device Designation for treating spinal cord injury. Key Responsibilities:
1) Process Development (In-House)
a. Design, develop, and validate in-house manufacturing processes, including assembly, labeling,
packaging, and testing.
b. Create process documentation such as work instructions, manufacturing travelers, and
validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
c. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and yield.
d. Support setup and qualification of new equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
2) Contract Manufacturer (CM) Support
a. Collaborate with contract manufacturers to transfer processes, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure alignment with company quality and performance standards.
b. Review and approve CM process documentation, validations, and change controls.
c. Serve as the technical liaison between internal engineering and external manufacturing partners.
3) New Product Introduction (NPI)
a. Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new designs.
b. Support pilot builds, process qualifications, and ramp-up to full production.
c. Coordinate process transfer from development to manufacturing.
4) Continuous Improvement & Quality
a. Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
b. Investigate root causes of non-conformances and lead corrective/preventive action
implementation.
c. Ensure compliance with applicable quality system regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO
13485).
5) Documentation & Compliance
a. Maintain accurate and complete process documentation.

Qualifications
1) Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent).
2) Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, or aerospace).
- Hands-on experience with process development, validation, and supplier/CM management.
3) Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and validation methodologies.

- Oversee permitting, entitlements, and regulatory approvals by coordinating with local, state, and federal Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). Proactively manage zoning, code compliance, inspections, and approval milestones to mitigate schedule and regulatory risks.
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and Estimate Final Costs (EFCs). Monitor cost trends, evaluate financial impacts, manage contingencies, and ensure strict adherence to internal financial controls and reporting requirements.
- Create, manage, and control integrated project schedules, including design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities. Identify critical path items, manage contractor resources, and ensure milestone and completion date compliance.
- Support the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts, including scopes of work, unit pricing, bid alternates, procurement strategies, and operational constraints. Manage change orders in accordance with departmental guidelines, ensuring accurate scope, schedule, and budget adjustments.
- Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks across safety, cost, schedule, quality, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance. Develop mitigation strategies and escalate material risks and recommended actions to leadership in a timely manner.
- Maintain consistent and transparent communication with internal leadership, operations teams, clients, and external partners regarding project status, financial performance, risks, schedule impacts, and operational considerations. Prepare executive‑level updates and presentations to support informed decision‑making.
- Lead commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities. Ensure systems perform as designed and coordinate operational readiness, training, warranties, as‑built documentation, and structured turnover to operations with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrate proficiency in construction and project management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Utilize project and contract management systems effectively for documentation, reporting, and daily operational needs.
- Perform additional duties as required to support departmental initiatives, organizational goals, and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
- 7+ years of project and portfolio management experience in an operations and service based organization, preferably in the waste management industry
- Knowledge of project management/construction management and demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects more than $5M annually.
- Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, contract management and cost forecasting.
- Expert knowledge of Process Improvement techniques and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change
- Excellent communication skills across all levels. Ability to prepare presentations for department management review that drive related decisions.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Manager-Construction is a 2 year term and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day efforts related to construction, planning, design, and coordinating all aspects of small to large-sized projects related to the Hospital construction programs ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires expertise in healthcare facility delivery, a rigorous command of compliance and regulatory standards, and a passion for leading multidisciplinary teams toward the successful completion of critical healthcare projects. To reach this objective, this role includes creating project objectives, work scope, management plans, overseeing planning, design and construction, managing budgets, schedules, developing and maintaining a relationship with the IOR, HCAi field staff and other agencies involved in the project and collaborating with various internal clients and professionals to ensure successful project delivery. The Manager- Construction Department will assign the Senior Project Manager, at his discretion, projects that match the level of experience of the Senior Project Manager to ensure the greatest success outcome of the project. - The Senior Project Manager will direct, manage and schedule outsourced architectural & engineering firms, general contractors, and other project vendors - allocated to the project and will serve as an adviser and provide resources to the project to resolve technical or operational projects. The position also requires strong leadership and management skills, ability to work with limited supervision, excellent documentation, organization and writing skills, ability to work on multiple projects as well as demonstrating effective verbal communication skills and possess the ability to resolve technical or operational problems. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the Manager- Construction Department and provide status updates on a weekly basis, or more frequently if needed. This includes construction of all new structures, additions and modifications/improvements to existing buildings and spaces.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum ten- ( 10) years of project or construction healthcare management experience. -
Minimum - eight (- 8) years of OSHPD/HCAi Healthcare project experience.
Demonstrated experience with onsite project management experience and communicating with and managing the general contractor and subcontractors throughout the construction process.
Knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents, and plans.
Strong leadership and follow-up skills, with a “hands-on” approach to completing all projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Exceptional Verbal, and written communication and analytical skills. The- direction must be clear- and concisely delivered to audiences both internally and externally.
Must possess a strong knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and be able to develop accurate budget reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, schedules, and other reporting as required.
Solid understanding with interpreting and applying knowledge of State, Federal, City, licensing accreditation, and ADA standards to follow regulations. This includes developing relationships and partnerships with agencies having jurisdiction.
Experience with Infection Prevention protocols as they relate to working in a hospital setting during construction.
Attends all Design and Construction Meetings on Senior Project Manager assigned projects.
Develop construction meeting minutes unless the Architect or General Contractor has agreed to develop meeting minutes.
Attend and develop all internal VPH Bi-Weekly Construction Meetings and provided written updates on assigned projects.
Identifies potential risks and develops & implements a mitigation plan.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
LICENSURES/CERTIFICATION:
Must successfully complete and maintain LA City Fire Card certification at the time of hire or within the first 30 days of employment.
PMP- Project Management Professional is preferred.

Collaborates with design and construction professionals from various disciplines to ensure successful integration of design, construction, development of drawings and specifications that ensure successful delivery of the project within scope, schedule, and budget.
Manages the process of furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation.
Manage the purchasing of the FFE and equipment for assigned projects.
Manage mover and installations for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Provide specifications for space planning to include FFE layout, standards for material selection and adherence to compliance code for ADA Standards or other ruling jurisdictions.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Maintain smooth operation of classified networks - LAN/WAN environments.
- Plan, design, configure, and install network hardware in support of customer requirements.
- Maintain technical expertise in all areas of networks and computer hardware / software interconnection, as well as interfaces, including routers, multiplexers, firewalls, switches, gateways, etc.
- Propose solutions to management to ensure all communications requirements are based on future needs and current usage, configuring such solutions to optimize cost savings.

Primary Level Salary Range: $120,900.00 - $181,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
