Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission and a proven track record in sales. This role specifically involves selling media advertising and sponsorship, as well as event sponsorship opportunities, to businesses and organizations, generating revenue to support our non-profit initiatives. Additionally, the sales representative will support and assist donation campaign efforts. As a small newsroom, we are looking for a partner in our mission that is adaptable, trustworthy, and willing to support the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and fundraising strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage existing accounts and maintain relationships, understanding the unique and changing needs of these clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
  • In addition to increasing business beyond established accounts within an existing book of business, the ideal candidate must be eager to meet with prospective clients in person, as well as by phone, Zoom, and email.
  • In collaboration with editorial and executive staff, assist in design, messaging and management annual fundraising campaign
  • Generate leads, maintain relationships, create sales campaigns for print and digital advertising campaigns, write proposals, and develop event sponsorships.
  • Daily responsibilities include prospecting new advertisers throughout Wisconsin, with particular emphasis on the Madison, Milwaukee, and Fox Valley regions. Reaching out in person, by phone, email and through social media channels. Make sales presentations (in-person and over mediums such as Zoom), writing sales proposals, account management of clients, and networking at various business events.
  • Drive revenue through a consultative sales approach and create valuable partnerships within the non-profit and business communities.
  • Participate in company and community outreach events.
  • Follow social media and read our publications for lead generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver quality service to accounts, process ads, create graphics, grow sales accounts, and attend to aging accounts.
  • Attend regular sales and other team meetings. 
  • Work with and maintain the company CRM.

Position Summary

NeuWave is seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) to lead and scale our quality and regulatory functions during a critical phase of transition and innovation. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining compliant quality systems (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820), overseeing regulatory approvals, leading audits, ensuring product safety, and partnering cross-functionally with R&D and Operations.

The Associate Director will drive a strong quality culture while overseeing full-time and contract staff across New Product Development & Lifecycle Quality, Quality Systems, Production & Service Quality, Supplier Quality, and Post-Market Surveillance. A key focus will be leading major transition initiatives, including standing up a new Quality System, implementing a new eQMS, and executing the 2025 functional business plan.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and maintain a compliant Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR, and global regulatory standards; drive achievement of key quality metrics, including CAPA effectiveness.
  • Oversee major transition initiatives, including implementation of a new QMS, eQMS deployment and validation, and migration of legacy quality systems.
  • Serve as primary liaison to regulatory authorities (FDA, EU Notified Bodies); lead regulatory submissions, registrations, labeling compliance, and responses to inquiries.
  • Ensure audit readiness and lead internal, third-party, and regulatory audits, including TÜV surveillance audits.
  • Oversee product and lifecycle quality, including risk management, design controls, production quality, and post-market surveillance.
  • Partner with R&D and Operations to support successful new product introductions and define regulatory pathways.
  • Strengthening supplier quality and manufacturing performance, driving operational efficiency and Cost of Goods (COGs) improvements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing QA/RA team while advancing a strong, business-aligned quality culture.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in QA/RA within regulated industries, including leadership experience.

The Lead AI Safety and Enablement Engineer ensures the safe, reliable and scalable use of AI and machine learning across Exact Sciences. This role focuses on developing and implementing systems, tools, and frameworks that embed responsible AI principles into the organization's technology ecosystem. Essential Duties

  • Support implementation of enterprise standards for AI safety, transparency, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain shared AI safety tools such as model catalogs, metadata registries, and monitoring systems for bias, drift, and performance.

Maintain and analyze all general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Assist team members in reviewing job costing entries; analyze data and recommend adjustments to ensure accuracy and proper cost allocation.

Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of bank reconciliations and journal entries.

Monitor daily cash balances and prepare wire/ACH transfers as needed.

Record and manage fixed assets by developing and overseeing systems, procedures, forms, and internal controls.

Prepare and file Sales and Use Tax returns (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in compliance with U.S.

Prepare and file annual 1099 forms and personal property tax returns.

Monitor and review company-wide expense reports and corporate credit card spending.

Manage and file lien notices and related documentation to secure payment rights in compliance with state-specific construction lien laws and deadlines.

Review and evaluate insurance policies including General Liability, Property, Auto, and Workers' Compensation; provide recommendations to ensure adequate and cost-effective coverage.

Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting operations and budget preparation.

Present financial recommendations and insights to the Controller regarding short- and long-term objectives and policy decisions.

Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses focused on revenue streams, capital investments, and contract negotiation.

Administer Jonas Software, including user and reporting settings; provide employee support through troubleshooting, access management, and training.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Provide support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform internal accounting audits.

Maintain strict confidentiality of financial records, sensitive business information, and employee data; consistently uphold ethical standards in all accounting practices.

Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software; Jonas Enterprise is beneficial.

Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax filing with multiple state jurisdictions; knowledge of Canadian Sales and Use Tax strongly preferred.

Proficient in fixed asset management, including depreciation scheduling, tracking, and reporting in compliance with accounting standards.

Distinctly self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed.
