About the Job

The Account Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality client service and producing strong, timely deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. This role supports the development of pitch angles and story ideas, secures media placements, and is familiar with core public relations functions, including media monitoring, detailed client reporting, research, and press release development.

The Account Executive provides guidance to interns, trainees, and Account Coordinators in the execution of creative and effective projects and serves as the primary writer for foundational materials. This position maintains ongoing relationships with media contacts, manages day-to-day account administration, and researches and analyzes client issues while collaborating across departments to deliver impactful work.

The Account Executive is responsible for collecting, tracking, and reporting client results and operates under the supervision of a Senior Account Executive or higher-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day support to clients, projects, and colleagues and produces client deliverables
• Provide day-to-day support to clients, projects, and internal teams while producing high-quality client deliverables
• Manage multiple projects from conception through completion by anticipating client and team needs, addressing challenges proactively, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
• Produce polished written materials and distribute press assets (e.g., summary reports, press releases, credentials, proposals) through thorough research and analysis of client-related issues
• Handle media inquiries and take ownership of media relations initiatives by cultivating strong journalist relationships and ideating creative approaches to secure coverage
• Partner with clients to develop key messages, draft rapid-response materials, manage media inquiries, and provide on-site support for court proceedings and press briefings
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, public opinion, digital conversations, and relevant regulatory developments
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry topics, client issues, and news to deliver relevant, strategic, and creative communications aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate and execute client meetings and events; update dashboards and management systems and provide meeting recaps for supervisory review
• Contribute ideas to strategic communications planning and brainstorming sessions
• Research and monitor client industries to identify positioning opportunities and keep teams informed of relevant insights
• Proactively build relationships with external stakeholders (media, third-party organizations, and partners) to effectively communicate client messages
• Support research and development of new business proposals
• Assist with client administrative functions, including billing support and account reporting
• Attend and actively participate in internal and client meetings, including brainstorming sessions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Account Coordinators, interns, and trainees

• Media Relations experience, including media pitching, monitoring, and analysis; press trip work preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Computer System Validation (CSV)

• Review and approve CSV lifecycle documents (VMP, URS, FRS, HDS, Risk Assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ, RTM, Summary Reports).
• Ensure risk-based validation approaches aligned with GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity (ALCOA+) principles.
• Evaluate system changes through change control, assessing GxP impact and validation requirements.
• Support periodic reviews and re-validation activities for existing systems.

Digital Systems & Platforms

• Act as Quality reviewer/approver for systems including:
• o MES / EBR platforms (e.g., Werum PAS-X or similar)
• o Historians (OSIsoft PI or equivalent)
• o Advanced analytics tools (Seeq, used for GxP trending)
• o Empower and other lab systems
• Review configurations related to data acquisition, time stamping, audit trails, access control, and electronic records/signatures.
• Ensure proper segregation between GxP vs non-GxP analytics use cases.

Data Integrity & Compliance:

• Assess and approve data flows, interfaces, and integrations between systems.
• Support regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA) and internal audits related to computerized systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering, Automation, MS&T, IT, and Operations to:
• o Enable faster project execution with compliant validation strategies
• o Avoid over-validation while maintaining inspection readiness
• Provide Quality input during project design, FAT/SAT, and commissioning phases.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing; out of which 2 years in quality organization
• 3+ years hands-on CSV experience reviewing and approving validation documentation.
• Direct experience supporting manufacturing or utilities systems (not just lab systems).

Required Technical Skills

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure construction projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role collaborates closely with project managers, preconstruction managers, estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate timelines, monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule Development & Planning

• Develop detailed baseline schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software, covering all project phases from RFP/Project Launch through Substantial Completion and Final Turnover.
• Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and define project activities, durations, and sequencing.
• Establish logic-driven critical path (CPM) and identify schedule constraints.
• Resource load schedules with quantities, labor, and cost data when required.
• Prepare schedule narratives documenting assumptions and methodologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, preconstruction managers, field teams and estimators during both preconstruction and construction phases.

Schedule Monitoring & Control

• Conduct site visits to assess and document construction progress.
• Update schedules regularly to reflect actual progress.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify variances.
• Develop recovery schedules when delays occur.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to assess the effects of change orders and scope modifications.

• Develop site logistics and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans in 2D or 3D formats.

Reporting & Communication

Risk Management

• Identify schedule-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).

Experience

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls preferably within the US, South Florida or the Caribbean.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or residential projects.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing means and methods.
• Solid knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Familiarity with cost control, earned value management (EVM) principles
