This role involves assembling parts and components to produce high-quality products according to specified plans and blueprints.
The successful candidate will be a key player in our production process, ensuring that all items are put together precisely and efficiently.

Responsibilities 1.
Reading and interpreting product blueprints and assembly instructions.
Apply electronic theory and mechanical ability to layout, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment.
Assemble components, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings.
Position and align parts in specified relationship to each other.
Mount assembled components and attach functional and cosmetic hardware 2.
Assembling components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications.
3.
Identifying potential problems or inconsistencies in the assembly process and taking appropriate action to rectify them.
4.
Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
5.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
6.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the assembly process or finished products.
7.
Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
8.
Collaborating with other team members to improve assembly processes and product quality.
Knowledge of machine assembly to construct, rebuild, and repair machinery according to work order specifications.
Computer proficiency: ability to learn and utilize the Enterprise Resource Planning tool (ERP), Microsoft and ADP applications.
Qualifications 1.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in a role requiring similar skills.

Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
3.
Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to use various hand tools and machinery.
4.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
5.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues with the assembly process or finished products.
6.
Ability to work well as part of a team and to collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and product quality.

Position Description Overall Responsibilities: The Detailer verifies the accuracy of online orders and manually enters orders received via email into VTOnline.
This position checks record entries for accuracy and authorizes the ordering of materials.
The Detailer requires an understanding of the VT product offering, construction, labeling, and hardware restrictions.
