We are looking for a Crane Service Technician.
Primary responsibility is to provide quality installations, inspections, fabrication maintenance and repairs of hoist and crane equipment. Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components and circuits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect overhead industrial cranes and hoists to verify safety and compliance with manufacturer, OSHA and ANSI standards
- Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment (strong knowledge of motor skills)
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities on equipment
- Support customers by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed
- Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs
- Provide a high level of communication with both office and customers of repairs performed, future needs, equipment id, etc.
- Take home truck, current model vehicles, DOT register
Required Skills/Abilities
- Good mechanical and electrical skills required
- Minimum one to five years of work experience with similar types of equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Machining and welding skills are a plus
- You will need to pass drug test and periodic drug tests
- Current driver’s license and safe driving record is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- We require you take a mechanical, electrical and a basic knowledge test

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversees and participates in the recruitment, hiring, and training of technicians
- Oversees schedules and assignments for the branch
- Oversees branch service sales and profitability
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

- Sells profitable crane services for inspections, maintenance, installation, repairs, modifications, and upgrades to meet customer needs.

Job Details Primary Responsibilities Set up projects in AutoCAD and Revit.
Complete red-line markups for HVAC and Plumbing Systems.
Check design deliverables in accordance with industry codes and standards, contract requirements, and company standards.

Possess strong work ethic Work in a project team environment and be accountable to team.
Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in drafting.

Job Details Responsibilities Lead the design, development, programming, and commissioning of PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems.
Oversee complete project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, programming, testing, documentation, and customer handoff.
Collaborate with engineering, electrical, and construction teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Mentor and train junior programmers while providing technical guidance to project staff.
Conduct Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and provide customer training.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and networking issues, both onsite and remotely.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in PLC and HMI programming, with proven success leading automation projects.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with SCADA conversions or modernization projects.
Background in water/wastewater, bulk material handling, or process automation industries.
Ability to support business development through technical input and scope definition.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix) platforms; familiarity with Siemens or other control systems a plus.
Strong experience developing HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk View SE/ME, Ignition, Wonderware, or equivalent).
Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.
Familiarity with VFDs, instrumentation, and industrial networking.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel 10–25% (project-dependent).
