What You Will Do
The Advanced Effector Guidance Systems team provides Electrical Systems Engineering to develop Guidance System and Flight Avionics solutions for products across the Raytheon portfolio. Our team develops missile Guidance and Flight Avionics Hardware. Our core electrical engineering responsibilities include architecture, analysis, requirements, integration, and test. Our core electrical engineering technologies include RF/RADAR, Navigation/IMU/GPS, Digital, and Power. The Advanced Effector Guidance Systems Team is searching for an Advanced Guidance Section/Avionics Tech Lead with experience as Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL). The role of the Electrical Subsystems Lead is to manage a cross-functional and cross-discipline team of engineers through product development. The Electrical Subsystem Lead provides both technical guidance and supervision in meeting project commitment. They also manage suppliers and may lead efforts in proposal development.
Work environment is primarily in an office, but may include labs, field work, or a combination.
Assignments may include guiding a team through several phases of hardware systems lifecycle such as designs and analysis; architecting new electronic systems; developing and documenting subsystem requirements and test plans; peer reviews of designs as a subject matter expert; presentations to peers, management, and government customers; and root-cause failure investigations.

Qualifications You Must Have

Experience working with missiles or similar systems.

Job Summary:
The Bike Shop in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Fabrication Lead Tech who will work in the mechanical fabrication shop, executing a variety of mechanical fabrication efforts at an exceptional quality level, while collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced, integrated team environment. The position interacts daily with fellow support technicians and engineers, to successfully meet the prototype and test manufacturing needs of our internal and external engineering customers.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Quick-turn machining of critical prototype, aerospace parts and test assemblies from metal and non-metal materials utilizing precision manual mills and lathes
Use of general machine shop tools and support equipment including the use of typical dimensional measuring tools
Work with basic sketches and, underdeveloped drawing packages as well as model renderings
Responsible for all aspects of fabrication including part/machine setup, safe equipment operation, part inspection, managing their workload, supporting customers’ schedules, delegating, and coordinating work when required
Work in a multi-program-controlled area.
Report to the Mechanical Prototyping and Fabrication Section Lead within the Engineering Prototyping and Fabrication department (the Bike Shop)
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications You Must Have:
A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience independently operating manual mills and lathes.
Eight (8) or more years of interpreting mechanical blueprints / technical drawings with the ability to machine one-of-a-kind quality, in-tolerance parts per drawing specifications.
Ability to inspect machined parts using standard precision measuring instruments to ensure tolerances are met.
A strong working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
- Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Generate sales leads during service calls
- Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.
- New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
- Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
- Willingness to work overtime
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Must pass drug-screen and background check

- Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus

Job Description Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed.
Record all maintenance issues in maintenance log for each line.
Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate and maintain accurate records of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.
Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
Assist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand.
Perform facility/building project work as assigned.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs.
Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production.
Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions.
Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems.

Preferred Qualifications Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.
Graduate of an apprenticeship program or hold current trade certification.
At least 3 years of experience in a building maintenance position servicing a facility larger than 75,000 square feet.
Physical activities necessary to perform one or more essential functions of the position: Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily
- Frequently move, lift, carry supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours and up to 12 hours for up to 6 days a week Ability to continuously ascend and descend from ladders and stairs, work at heights and/or from a ladder, work from a lying down position, work with your hands above your head.
Willing to operate material handling equipment (i.e.
fork truck).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $26.00
- $37.75 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
Pay: $70-$92 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.
