The Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our collaborative five-person (expanding to six) supply chain and logistics team. You'll work alongside experienced supply chain professionals, sharing responsibilities and learning the full scope of international e-commerce operations.

This is a team-based role—you won't be doing this alone. We cross-train, support each other when someone's out, and tackle projects collaboratively. Some days you'll focus on your core responsibilities, other days you'll jump in on sourcing projects or warehouse tracking initiatives. That's the nature of working in a small, agile company where flexibility and teamwork matter.

What You'll Work On (As Part of the Team)

Supply Chain Operations

• Support tracking of inbound containers from overseas vendors (China, India, Pakistan, Turkey)
• Assist with container optimization and shipment coordination
• Work with the team on buy decisions and inventory planning
• Help coordinate with overseas vendors on timing and logistics
• Contribute to forecasting and inventory level management across all channels

Data & Analytics

• Build and maintain Excel-based tracking systems for orders, containers, and SKUs
• Create reports and dashboards for inventory movement and supply chain performance
• Analyze data across multiple systems to identify trends and discrepancies
• Support the team with data analysis using VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and complex formulas

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with warehouse operations on container flow and receiving schedules
• Partner with Buyers, Supply Analyst, and operations teams daily
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on logistics and inventory placement
• Jump in on ad-hoc projects—sourcing initiatives, system improvements, warehouse tracking

Learning & Growth

• Gain exposure to international sourcing, container logistics, and multi-channel fulfillment
• Learn from experienced supply chain professionals on the team
• Develop skills in forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain optimization
• Cross-train across different aspects of supply chain operations

What You Need

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant supply chain experience will be considered
• Relevant certifications (APICS, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus

Must-Haves

• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, complex formulas—you're comfortable working with large datasets
• 1-3 years of supply chain, logistics, or operations experience (or relevant internships)
• Analytical thinking: You can spot patterns, identify problems, and think through solutions
• Team player mentality: You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and support your teammates

Position Responsibilities:

• Communicate with shop personnel or check the Call Sheet for the next job or in-process inspection, obtaining applicable drawings and specifications.

• Ensure that the correct revisions of drawings and documents are being used, verifying that all paperwork and online systems are complete and accurate.

• Perform inspections and in-process inspections as required, including crimping, splicing, torque, bond, and ground checks.

• Conduct various tests and measurements, such as resistance tests, to ensure that wires meet specification requirements.

• Monitor manufacturing processes and document findings as required to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Inspect electrical wire bundles and assemblies, ensuring all parts have been assembled according to drawings and specifications.

• Screen paperwork for options, substitutions, and effectiveness of parts and materials.

• Identify, investigate, and document discrepancies, reporting them to the shop as necessary.

• Reject wire bundles, assemblies, or installations as required, documenting discrepancies and processing Quality Assurance records.

• Indicate Quality Assurance acceptance on appropriate paperwork and online systems, processing documentation as required.

• Coordinate and complete travelers, investigating and clearing check orders as necessary.

• Initiate Inspection Record Change Requests (IRCR) and/or Shipside Action Trackers (SAT) as needed.

• Ensure that certifications for tools, test equipment, and personnel are current and compliant.

• Assist other employees by providing information and answering questions regarding functions, methods, and procedures.

• Perform first article inspections and FAA conformities, coordinating results as required.

• Enter data into various computing software systems, such as Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES) and Enterprise Process Evaluation Systems (EPES).

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to evaluate and improve build processes and defect reduction initiatives.

• Initiate and document any nonconforming materials or assemblies according to specifications and procedures.

• Calibrate and certify electrical process tools, such as loggers, strippers, and crimpers.

Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:

• Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.

• Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.

• Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector

• 1+ years of experience using precision measuring tools and equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and/or dial indicators

• 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)

• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

THE POSITION

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in our organization’s success by delivering exceptional support and building strong relationships with our customers. Reporting directly to the Manager, Customer Service, this position serves as a key connection point between our clients and our internal teams—ensuring questions are answered, issues are resolved, and every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to questions regarding product, its applications, use, customization capabilities, etc.
• Edit, analyze and interpret incoming orders covering a wide scope of company products to clarify terminology, completeness of information, missing information, or mis-stated information, pricing, required drawings, etc.
• Input into the order entry computer system all required order information, producing an Order Acknowledgement.
• Coordinate the pricing of special items and drawings as required.
• Verify shipping dates based on information provided by the Scheduling department.
• Check Acknowledgements to the original order. Secure any additional information from the customer and fax the acknowledgement to the customer for their approval.
• Generate shipping labels and all required data for manufacturing. Distribute this information to the proper departments and file the Customer Service department’s copies.
• Resolve problems with the customer or rep. regarding quality control issues, damaged, late or incorrect shipments, pricing issues, etc.
• Always be cheerful, helpful and follow up on all customer needs and inquiries.
• Transcribe information from the order sheets, double check pricing, obtain totals, discounts, freight charges, etc.
• Prepare invoices and distribute to the customer and sales rep, filing the company copy with the Acknowledgement and all other associated documents.
• Must be willing to be crossed trained in other areas.
• Maintain housekeeping within the work area and follow all other company policies.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lake Forest, CA, for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for managing and preparing cost estimates for construction projects, collaborating with internal teams to review project requirements, and developing precise and compliant budgets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project plans, reviewing vendor and subcontractor proposals, managing bids, performing risk assessments, and maintaining strong client and industry relationships to uphold Bayley’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Skills in cost estimation, financial analysis, and budget development for construction projects
• Proficiency in project scheduling, risk assessment, and scope management
• Experience working with different delivery methods, Lump Sum, GMP, GC/CM, and guaranteed maximum contracts
• Strong interpersonal skills, including client relationship management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools

• Have High School Diploma or GED. Trade school graduate in heavy duty diesel repairs, and/or refrigeration
  classes is preferred. Beginning level is preferred.
• Have 1-2 years job experience on diesel repairs, tractor- trailer, refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
• One year documented experience in fleet maintenance or one-year employment with company at upper scale of Class C Technician.
• Possess basic hand tools (up to ½" drive) and tool storage.
• Possess or acquire within 1 year from date of hire a current ASE certification in Medium/Heavy Truck Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) (Test T8).
• Possess a Valid Class C Driver's License. A Class A license is preferred but not required.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp and reach above the head for extended periods of time.
• Preferred certifications:
  • Certification in Transportation Refrigeration.
  • Brake Systems and components.
  • Tractor A/C Refrigeration and Freon Recovery (609 license required).
  • Trailer Refrigeration 608 license required if working on trailer units.
  • Heavy Duty electrical diagnostics and repairs.
  • Prefer ASE Certification in heavy duty mechanics and Cummins or Detroit certification.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
