Job Details
Currently seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to add to our dynamic team in Fayetteville, AR. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and implementation of geotechnical projects. This position involves working closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure the stability and safety of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a solid understanding of geotechnical principles.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage drilling projects and oversee technicians with management of these projects, as well as visual classification and log preparation
Coordinate and review laboratory testing
Complete accurate geotechnical exploration reports
Perform engineering calculations, including settlement, bearing capacity, lateral earth pressures, pavement section designs, slope stability, etc.
Generate scopes and fees for new projects and prepare complete proposals and budgets.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study from an ABET accredited university
P.E. or other professional licensure is preferred
4 to 7 years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Enjoy working outdoors
NICET, ACI and/or other certifications desired

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
2. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
3. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

Commercial Roofing Sales Representative – Arkansas
The Commercial Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Arkansas market by developing and managing relationships with roofing distributors, commercial contractors, and A+D (Architectural & Design) firms. This role focuses on specification-driven selling, project influence, and channel partner enablement to increase product adoption on commercial roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Channel & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with roofing distributors, commercial roofing contractors, and A+D firms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners and key accounts.
- Conduct regular joint sales calls with distributor sales teams and contractor partners.
Specification & Project Development
- Influence roofing specifications at the design stage by engaging architects, designers, and consultants.
- Track projects from early design through bid and installation to ensure product inclusion and conversion.
- Provide technical product recommendations aligned with project requirements, codes, and performance standards.
Sales Execution & Growth
- Drive territory revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding share within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting high-potential projects and partners.
- Support contractors through the bid process, including pricing coordination and submittal assistance.
Technical & Product Support
- Deliver product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and training sessions for distributors, contractors, and A+D firms.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to resolve project-specific challenges.
- Stay current on commercial roofing trends, building codes, and competitive offerings in the Arkansas market.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including account activity, project pipelines, and forecasts.
- Partner closely with marketing, inside sales, and technical services to support channel success.
- Provide market feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and customer needs.
Qualifications
Experience
- 3–7+ years of sales experience in commercial roofing, building materials, or construction products.
- Proven success selling through distribution and influencing contractors and design professionals.
- Experience with specification-driven or project-based sales preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders across the construction value chain.
- Technical aptitude to understand roofing systems, specifications, and installation requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management and territory planning capabilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Travel
- Local travel throughout the Arkansas metro area (approximately 50–70%).
- Occasional regional or national travel for training and meetings.
Success Measures
- Achievement of revenue and margin targets for the Arkansas territory.
- Growth in specified and awarded projects.
- Increased engagement and loyalty among distributors, contractors, and A+D partners.

Compensation: $100 – 125k base with uncapped commission
