Job Description Summary


Position Objective:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating profitable business for Trench Safety. You will do this by developing your assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base, and by helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Embrace and promote Sunbelt’s safety culture
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base and develop new customers within assigned territory and market segments to “grow the business”

  • Promote Sunbelt’s customer safety training capabilities

  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities within assigned territory
  • Maintain CRM database daily through consistent entering of sales calls and job site details
  • In concert with management, develop and achieve applicable Annual Territory Sales Plan which sets KPI’s, revenue & market growth targets
  • Learn all aspects of equipment, function and appropriate applications
  • Work daily with other divisional OSR’s to build new relationship and highlight the value of working with all the solutions Sunbelt provides. Educate local Sunbelt representatives on Trench Safety products. Complete joint calls and share leads with other Sunbelt representatives in the territory.
  • Work with accounts payable on delinquent accounts, assist with AP to communicate with customers, collect payments from customers and maintain accurate customer records
  • Performance will be measured by regular territory revenue and market growth targets

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or Shoring industry plus 2+ years of direct sales experience
  • Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills a must
  • Requires a proven sales track record in solution-selling approach
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Requires a strong technical background, detail-oriented along with the ability effectively present technical information to engineers, project managers and executive management

Role Overview:


This role is the site SME responsible for coordinating all cleaning validation and verification activities related to intermediate and API manufacturing, including facility surfaces and equipment. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements while implementing effective cleaning strategies across the site. The position is integral to maintaining quality and safety standards in the manufacturing process, supporting both current operations and customer needs.

  • Lead the development, execution, and validation of cleaning procedures for equipment, production lines, and facilities.
  • Write and review cleaning validation protocols and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that all materials are free of any residues or contaminants.
  • Coordinate and conduct sampling (e.g., swab, rinse, and surface) and analytical testing to validate cleaning processes and confirm cleaning effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain cleaning validation schedules to ensure timely completion of required validations
  • Review cleaning validation data, ensuring it meets established acceptance criteria, and make recommendations for process improvements.

The Ground & Maritime Defense Radar Software Department is seeking a Software Integration Lead for the SPY-6 Family of Radars Product Integration Team. The Software Integration Lead will prepare, test and integrate final software, operating system, and firmware delivery of the SPY-6 configurations to Raytheon In-plant tactical strings, Land Based Test Sites (LBTSs) and Ships.

They will work closely with the Digital Radar Product Line software team, SPY-6 subcontractors, and all other providers of SPY-6 software and firmware to coordinate receipt of digital products and automate the packaging and deployment for all SPY-6 domestic and international locations.  The Software Integration Lead will work to standardize delivery process and configuration management for use by the entire family of radars for SPY-6.

The Department’s mission is to provide world class Radar Software to be used in military systems deployed at sea and on land. Our software teams employ an Agile Scrum process to rapidly design, code, integrate and test capabilities on a continuous basis into a mature solution for our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage software integration and testing efforts for the Tactical Radar Program in an agile environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate System Adjustable Parameters (SAPs) and ensure accurate identification of changes.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules to validate system functionality and performance.

Mechanical Engineer Location: Chelmsford, MA Job ID: #72162 Pay Range: $70-82 ph (W2) Duration : 12 mos Seeking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development and manufacture of complex microwave electronics subsystems.

We incorporate the use of modern design tools in the relevant design disciplines of RF/microwave, analog/digital, and mechanical/thermal engineering.

Also on premises are state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing facilities, and ESS test capabilities.

The position involves complex technical problems that require solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.

The assignment includes the design, analysis, research, development, and testing encompassing multiple engineering disciplines; as well as including the planning and advancement of new aerospace products and technologies.

The ideal candidate for this position will perform electronics packaging designs, testing and verification of microwave electronics components and sub-systems.

Experience manufacturing, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electronic assemblies is also desirable.

Applicants selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic/Mandatory Requirements: -AA Degree with 10 years experience or more -Interim Security Clearance -Experience in electronic packaging for military applications.

-Experience with design and documentation of Circuit Card Assemblies, Printed Circuit Boards and Cabling.

-Experience with CREO and Windchill -Knowledgeable of GD&T -Familiar with Change Board processes and documentation control -Interim Security Clearance Desired skills: 1) BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering 2) Experience with electronics packaging for microwave electronics.

3) Experience with CREO, Windchill, Zuken.

4) Hands on experience with building and testing electronic assemblies.

5) Knowledge of GD&T is preferred.

6) Knowledge of materials and processes used in electronics is preferred.
