General Partner, mHUB Ventures

mHUB is seeking to hire 2 proven industry professionals with a successful track record in the hardtech / deep tech venture space to join the mHUB Ventures leadership team as a General Partner (GP) of a new early-stage venture fund. The GP will work directly with the other members of the leadership team to build and manage a $200M+ early-stage venture capital Fund focused on investing in Seed to Series B hardtech companies across energy, medtech, manufacturing, physical AI, quantum, and defense tech.

The GP will collaborate closely with the mHUB Ventures leadership team and board, and will play a pivotal role in developing the firm’s expanding investment platform with a traditional early-stage (Seed to Series B) strategy, including raising a series of Funds, driving investment decisions, cultivating relationships with aligned entrepreneurs and investors, and managing a team of investment professionals. The role will require proven investment acumen, the ability to develop new investment theses around industries of focus, and the ability to guide portfolio companies to success.


This is a full-time role with a hybrid work schedule and travel expected.


Description of Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside leadership on high-impact, growth-related projects that will accelerate mHUB’s market leadership in the hardtech venture capital ecosystem, including the development and initiation of mHUB’s $200M+ Fund III and general early-stage strategy
  • Support fundraising execution by fostering relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, strategic industry investors, and institutional investors
  • Develop and expand a national and international co‑investor network of venture firms, corporate venture arms, strategic partners, and family offices to support deal syndication and follow‑on financing
  • Independently source and manage deals with little day-to-day oversight from the firm’s Managing Partners
  • Position the Fund as a national leader and market maker in hardtech investing through thought leadership, speaking engagements, published insights, and participation in industry panels
  • Build iterative hypotheses by gathering and analyzing information from a wide variety of sources and leveraging findings to create actionable investment insights
  • Leverage excellent stakeholder management skills, a network aligned with mHUB field of work, and the ability to foster relationships to support portfolio companies
  • Lead deal due diligence, alongside the rest of the team, and drive deal execution for initial investments and follow-on investments
  • Collaborate closely with mHUB’s accelerator, testbeds (M+, Energy, Datacenter), and corporate innovation programs to surface investable opportunities, pilots, and commercialization pathways
  • Drive and deliver high-quality investment committee memos and presentations
  • Organize and create relevant resources needed to provide ongoing support to portfolio companies
  • Support in investor relations and general Fund administration, including LP reporting
  • Take on board seats at the portfolio company level, as needed
  • Monitor and actively manage the performance of portfolio companies
  • Support portfolio companies' go-to-market strategy and attraction of co-investors

Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of operating experience and technical knowledge in the hardtech / deeptech ecosystem, with a preference towards energy, manufacturing, and/or medical devices.
  • Strong academic credentials: graduate degree (MS, PhD, ME, etc.) with a technical focus
  • Held a position as either an co-founder, entrepreneur or a leader in an innovation, strategy, and/or technical unit of a large corporation
  • Deep technical expertise in engineering to properly diligence emerging technologies and solutions
  • Commercial acumen with robust analytical skill and experience
  • Strong knowledge of startup financing, portfolio construction, and deal modeling
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Deep passion for technology, investing, startups, and entrepreneurship

Salary and Duration

The estimated salary range for this position is $200K-$225K plus carried interest and bonus incentives, commensurate with experience and market compensation. Job Overview:

The Procurement Packaging Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic procurement of packaging materials necessary for Nonni's production operations. Position Summary
Lead and supervise journeyman and apprentice electricians on commercial projects across Indiana. Own safety, productivity, quality, and material procurement while coordinating schedules, inspections, and daily reporting to deliver code-compliant installations on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan daily work, assign crews, and mentor apprentices.
  • Read/interpret drawings, specs, and submittals; verify layout.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment with the Superintendent.
  • Monitor productivity and workmanship; enforce GEMCO safety standards.
  • Conduct toolbox talks; complete time sheets and daily/weekly reports.
  • Lead inspections, testing, and commissioning to meet specs and codes.
  • Interface with GCs, inspectors, and other trades; resolve field issues.
  • Uphold quality control and material tracking; perform related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs; climbing ladders; working from lifts/scaffolds and at heights; driving between job sites; indoor/outdoor conditions; other manual labor as required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years commercial electrical experience; 3–5+ years foreman experience preferred.
  • Proven crew leadership and training capability.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, methods, materials, and sequencing.
  • Ability to read blueprints/specifications; solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer/mobile proficiency (time entry, email, reporting apps).
  • Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within Indiana.

Position Overview:

SunVest's Legal team is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across the organization, ensuring the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations, and facilitating our ambitious growth plans through strategic legal counsel.

As the Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading and supporting key legal aspects of SunVest's project finance and development activities and will act as a strategic partner to the business. You will manage outside counsel efficiently to mitigate risk and reduce cost of capital. Your expertise in project finance negotiations will be pivotal to SunVest's ongoing success, contributing to our sustainable growth strategy and the development and execution of renewable energy projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Finance Negotiations

  • Lead and manage the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance transactions, including debt and tax equity financing, to support SunVest's solar development projects
  • Ensure all financing arrangements comply with applicable laws and regulations

Real Estate Agreements

  • Negotiate and draft real estate agreements, including land leases, easements, and site control agreements, to support solar project development

Commercial Agreements

  • Oversee negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, including supply and purchase agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, and power purchase agreements (PPAs)

Risk Mitigation

  • Identify and mitigate legal risks related to project finance, real estate, and commercial transactions
  • Provide practical legal solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with Development, Finance, and Operations teams to understand project and business needs and deliver effective legal support

External Counsel Management

  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective legal services
  • Oversee legal budgets related to project-specific matters to optimize legal spend and reduce cost of capital

Regulatory Compliance

  • Monitor and advise on regulatory matters impacting renewable energy projects, including ITCs, beginning of construction requirements, tariffs, and Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) considerations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of legal experience with significant exposure to project finance and renewable energy transactions
  • Prior experience at a top-tier law firm (e.g., AmLaw 100) preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and act as a trusted business partner
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Active bar admission in good standing
