Responsibilities include:

  • Develop bidding strategies and contract compliance. Review all project subcontracts and purchase orders for project completion.
  • Participate in Design Development providing the necessary liaison, when required, between the preconstruction department and the owner.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
  • Plan, organize, and staff key field office or management positions, in conjunction with Project Executive or Chief Operations Officer.
  • Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget. Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planning.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect client and company interests: review and approve budgets, cost reports, owner’s reports, fee payment, rental equipment, income, expenses, etc. Perform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis Worksheets, Monthly Billing to Owner, Master Cost Breakdown, General Conditions Estimate, Labor Cost Report, and Monthly Variance Reports.
  • Identify new work opportunities and inform Business Development and Marketing of potential projects with current clients.
  • Actively leads internal team(s) that focus on continuous improvement of the business.
  • Promote the growth and development of client, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce a project site logistics plan and temporary facilities plan.
  • Develop, review, approve, and implement project budgets, schedules, and contract bid documents.
  • Conduct or assist Director of Preconstruction with buy-out meeting and prepare subcontracts.
  • Coordinate and provide direction for the budget estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting cost, and construction functions as they relate to the completion of the project.
  • Negotiate, prepare, issue and execute change orders (proposals) to owners, design team, subcontractors and others, and prepare revisions to original budget as a result of changes and revisions to work.
  • Prepare and issue monthly owner progress reports, monthly pay applications, schedules, and cost reports in coordination with the Lead Superintendent.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Four (4) year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

  • At least five (5) to eight (8) years' experience as a Project Manager or at least fifteen (15) years of construction-related experience, experience with a General Contractor preferred
  • Experience leading teams
  • Demonstrated mastery in the skills of project management.
  • Demonstrated mastery in these areas: estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.

Role Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ODI Developer to join our Private Banking Systems team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a range of technologies, including ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), Oracle Data Warehouse, Linux, Python scripting, and have a deep understanding of the Banking domain is a big plus. As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build ODI mappings/interfaces, packages, procedures, scenarios, topology configuration, ODI Agent and load plans to integrate data from multiple enterprise systems.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will provide analytical
oversight of the portfolio lifecycle and target markets for the Credentialing
Product Portfolio. This includes assessing and evaluating new opportunities and
markets for growth to support go-to-market planning and execution. Inform
product vision through analysis, execution, and implementation. Actively work with business
development, sales, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives and and
cross-functional alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Portfolio Analysis & Market Assessment

  • Evaluate new markets for the AMA's credentialing business, inclusive of developing business and financial models along with supporting companion strategies for product development and launch.
  • Lead defined product team efforts focusing on new data acquisition and credentials verification of non-physician clinician types to support credentialing offerings, developing business cases when appropriate.
  • In conjunction with leadership and product and business development team, contribute to the development and enhancement of a multi-year product roadmap and build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders.
  • Facilitate development of an innovation pipeline utilizing deep understanding of emerging trends in the health care marketplace to support innovation and inform positioning of AMA credentialing solutions for growth in evolving markets.
  • Analyze and recommend approaches for maximizing market share and contribution margins in existing markets.
  • Work with leaders across AMA (e.g., IT, Legal, Finance, and Advocacy) to support alignment of intiatives with technical capabilities, economic models and legal and compliance requirements.

Industry Analysis

  • Stay current on industry trends, accreditation standards, regulations and customer needs and behaviors associated with the Credentialing Solutions Portfolio.
  • Source third-party market research and analysis, as needed, working procurement to define needs and source market research and analysis work, including customer research, market analysis and competitor analysis.
  • Produce analytical and product-focused presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Product & Go-to-Market Implementation
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to deliver value messaging linked to the targeted markets and segments.
  • Provide key inputs to enable marketing to develop Sales Enablement and Channel Enablement materials aligned to the new solutions' value propositions. Manage creation of and ensure quality of product artifacts. Align product and go-to-market planning and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  2. 7+ years of health care-focused experience in new product development and/or health care data industry.
