JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES The Project Lead is responsible to manage complex projects focused on avionics systems and sub-system for both manned and unmanned aircraft.
JT4 seeks an experienced and highly motivated candidate that will apply comprehensive knowledge of project management and systems engineering to lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they meet rigorous customer requirements, budget, and schedule constraints.
This role is critical to advancing the capabilities of our nation's military aviation platforms.
The ideal candidate will: Perform equally well independently or as part of a multi-disciplined team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Be responsible for mission avionics systems integration and performance.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, integration, and testing of avionics systems, including RADAR, Electronic Warfare (EW), and tactical communication/datalink systems.
Oversee projects, from initial concept and requirements definition through to deployment.
Make priority determinations, manage resources effectively, and perform resource leveling to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop, review, and approve all project documentation, including system specifications, test plans, and technical data packages.
Manage and control project scope, ensuring all technical requirements for manned and unmanned avionics systems are fulfilled.
Establish, execute, and report on project budgets, with a strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
Provide regular project status updates to program managers and customer stakeholders through detailed reviews and reports.
Serve as the primary interface with government customers, including the Air Force, Space Force, and Navy, ensuring their requirements are met and fostering strong relationships.
May be required to recruit, hire, and mentor technical personnel to build a high-performing project team.
Facilitate technical interchange meetings, working groups, and design reviews.
First-look opportunities may be extended to qualified candidates with an active Top Secret security clearance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Aerospace, Computer), or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in project or systems engineering related to military aircraft avionics.
Active Top Secret clearance highly desirable.

SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $105,000 to $160,000 annually.

** What you’ll do: Install, configure, and maintain EPMS devices and systems (PME, LDC, DCE).
Perform daily system checks, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure peak performance.
Audit electrical drawings and implement new tools, training materials, and operating procedures.
Support expansions and site deployments, including travel as needed.
Assist with EPMS/BMS integration and provide remote support to external sites.
Manage special projects from planning through execution.
What we’re looking for: 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting electrical and/or communications equipment.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Relevant certifications in power systems, networking, or Schneider Electric products preferred Proficiency in power monitoring systems, especially Schneider Electric EcoStruxure PME software.

The ideal candidate will produce daily newscasts and oversee production of newscasts and special programming.
You will work closely with producers, reporters and editors on daily selection and coverage.
As a newsroom leader, the expectation is that the Executive Producer will lead by example.
Some additional responsibilities of our Executive Producer will include Oversee daily newscasts to ensure we are serving our local communities by sharing relevant information to alert, protect and empower our audiences Supervise producers and reporters, as well as review scripts and provide feedback to encourage powerful storytelling Manage newsroom and handle breaking news situations to empower and grow our audiences Collaborate with News Directors and other station managers to create special segments Planning and overseeing continuity into upcoming newscasts What skills do you need to be successful in our role? Proven track record of creating compelling and engaging stories across multiple platforms Ability to perform well under pressure, experience managing breaking news and meeting strict deadlines Ability to identity problems and provide solutions A strong commitment to journalistic standards and ethics Extraordinary people skills with an emphasis on coaching and motivating Strong understanding of how to drive digital traffic Minimum of four (years exp) producing in a television news environment or equivalent A college degree in Journalism or a related field is preferred Strong writing skills and a proven track record for getting results on initiatives Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.

Technical Knowledge Reviews complex bookkeeping projects.
Reviews the accounting and formatting of white paper financial statements before providing them to the financial department for final review.
Reviews W-2s, 1099s, payroll tax, sales and use tax, personal property tax, gross revenue license, and other tax returns.
Able to research complex bookkeeping/accounting questions using the research tools available and prepare correspondence on the same to clients and state and federal agencies, and for internal files.
Able to apply knowledge of cash and accrual basis of accounting, explain the differences to clients, and make recommendations as to which method is better for the client.
Able to apply knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles to ensure financial statements are properly prepared.
Able to research complex sales and payroll tax questions using the research tools available.
Suggest client system/process improvements or planning ideas to the engagement manager or director.
Able to prepare basis schedules and record partnership activity for owners.
Able to assist bookkeepers with broker statement reconciliation to identify and correct issues.
This position will assist in supervising and training the Business Services Group team.
Previous supervisory or training experience is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications 5-6 years’ bookkeeping experience College-level accounting courses, a Bachelor's Degree, or work experience equivalent Working knowledge of computerized software and Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Proficient in QuickBooks (QuickBooks Pro-Advisor is a plus) Strong organizational and follow-up skills, including the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and complete tasks promptly Prior public accounting experience preferred Interested in hearing more?
