The Role: Executive Services Associate / Team Support

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program Lead is responsible for supporting the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise IAM program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute on a comprehensive enterprise IAM program and multiyear roadmap aligned to organizational goals.

The Role
This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role at the center of Leviant’s field operations. You will manage the full lifecycle of service requests — intake, triage, technician dispatch, parts coordination, documentation, invoicing, and closure.
Every service event contains valuable data. Recurring failures, error codes, and technician visits reveal insights about device performance. Your job is to capture those signals and translate them into improvements for product, service, and operations.
This role also includes time in the field. You will visit customer sites, shadow technicians, and speak with EVS teams and facility managers to understand how devices perform in real environments.

Act as Technical Project Manager, leveraging OpenText Enterprise Performance Engineering for Healthcare applications where scheduling is balanced across workload.
Leverage DevOps tools used in Data center and integrate them with Devops tools hosted in Azure/AWS environments.
Manage the infrastructure as code setup for the cloud services by working with enterprise platform services.

Act as Desktop Management Advisor providing support, manage and maintain desktop products across the enterprise.
Manage enterprise archival and retrieval solutions of business data.
Provide technical direction and oversight for software development projects.
Manage project financials involving revenue generation, cost and Gross profit forecasts.
