Job Description Act as the sole point of contact and product owner for Medline-YMS and Imports processes, overseeing system design, implementation, and business integration.
Lead the overhaul and implementation of Medline’s proprietary Yard Management System to provide end-to-end visibility into container lifecycle, appointment scheduling, and incoming load contents.
Oversee container management operations and improve vendor collaboration processes to streamline import logistics and increase operational efficiency.

Job Description Develop test cases and test scenarios in Zephyr and automated testing tool that provide thorough coverage of implemented features and meets acceptance criteria from business stakeholders.
Enhance/execute existing automation suite using Selenium-Java and Service Automation.
Expand existing automation framework for microservice level validations.
Closely work with team on implementing service-based automation for REST and Soap calls.
Execute test automation suites in CI/CD pipelines.
Integrate Service Automation, Wire mock and UI Automation with CI/CD pipelines on Azure platforms.
Must be a strong Test Automation Engineer who can work independently and be capable of solving problems and communicate effectively with automation leads when further technical help is required.
Own and support both manual and automation streams to meet the business priorities for releases.
Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts.
Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives.
Execute smoke tests and regression tests in QA, UAT and production environments to verify code deployments and other system changes.
Create, update and track execution of test cases within Zephyr.
Identify, replicate, report and track issues to closure in an issue tracking system (JIRA).
Review requirements, providing feedback on completeness, testability and other risk areas.
Assist in the maintenance of dev/test environments including user accounts, application configuration and build deployments.
Build appreciation & culture of full stack across the team with focus on T shape skills.
Identify functional and complete manual tests to be included in automated testing and work on automating candidates for test automation.
Team player and ability to work in Global Team setup, product owners and business team to develop, build & support application.
Write clean, performance friendly code.
Perform unit testing and prepare task documentation.
Experience with building Test Strategies and Test Plans.
Investigate and fix production issues and performance issues.
Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 1 day per week.
No additional national or international travel is anticipated.
Job Requirements PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: We will accept a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or its foreign equivalent, and 8 years of relevant work experience.
In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Experience designing and executing test cases on web-based applications.
(2) Experience writing micro service automation and UI Automation using Selenium and Java.
(3) Experience using tools with Jenkins, Maven, Test NG, JIRA, and IDEs including Eclipse and Intellij Idea.
(4) Experience with version control tools including Git/GitHub.
(5) Experience utilizing mocking tools with WireMock and integrating it with Azure platforms.
(6) Experience with running test automation suites in CI/CD pipelines and experience with running automation suites in parallel on multiple VMs and browsers.
(7) Experience creating test cases based on user stories and business requirements, executing QA testing, interpreting test results, and documenting outcomes.

Job Description In support of business priorities, determine the requirements for completing and maintaining product submissions and regulatory filings for clearance/approval in assigned market(s).
Communicate requirements of regulations to internal or external customers.
Recommend regulatory pathways and strategies.
Review and provide feedback on documentation and supporting evidence to ensure applicable regulatory requirements are met.
Complete and maintain regulatory filings by collaborating with internal and external groups, evaluating supporting technical in-formation, writing appropriate summary documentation, and supporting the response to non-conformances and questions from regulators.
Participate in the development, review, and substantiation of product labeling and claims.
Present project objectives with team members, solve problems, and act as a regulatory resource and subject matter expert.
Minimum Job Requirements: Education B.A.
or B.S.
degree in life science field (biology, microbiology, chemistry, etc.), engineering, medical technology, regulatory science, or related.
Work Experience 2 years of experience in medical device regulatory affairs or quality assurance.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Understanding of the current Regulatory environment and demonstrating the ability to perform within.
Applied knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines.
Ability to evaluate information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
Travel required up to 5%.

- $119,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
