*** Lead, train, and supervise a team of Line Leads and Assemblers to meet production goals while upholding quality and safety standards Coordinate daily production schedules, resource allocation, and resolve production challenges with minimal supervision Drive process improvements, reduce waste, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and 5S workplace organization Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery Perform light maintenance tasks and troubleshoot assembly line issues, with an emphasis on electronic/electrical assembly processes Interested in hearing more?
