Job Overview

The Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Analyst serves as the on-site liaison between the operations management team and the Information Technology team, and plays a role of a super user in the utilization of the system. They would be responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting. First point of contact for assistance, questions, issues, training others, etc. at the operations level.
