The Role
As our UI/UX Designer & Specialist, you’ll work directly with our product and engineering teams to own the end-to-end user experience of the MenuFit app. You’ll shape everything from onboarding flows and feature design to our overall visual design system — and you’ll be the internal spokes person for the user at every step.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience on a consumer mobile app (iOS and/or Android)
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking alongside beautiful visual execution
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, gestures, and platform conventions (iOS/Android)
- Ability to translate user insights and data into clear, actionable design decisions
- Strong grasp of user flows, onboarding, and retention-driving UX patterns
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where designs go from concept to shipped quickly

The Director, eCommerce is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ website and email marketing program. This role drives lead generation growth, digital engagement, user experience excellence, and lifecycle performance while managing a high-performing eCommerce and email team.
As the marketing lead for website operations, personalization, marketing automation, and digital servicing experiences, this role connects customer data strategy with content, experience, and technology execution. The Director supports and leads execution of marketing-side planning for platform evolution and migration, in close partnership with the Sr. Director, Consumer Marketing & eCommerce and technology teams to modernize Regent’s digital ecosystem.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall eCommerce and lifecycle marketing strategy for and email marketing, aligning digital performance with lead generation and engagement growth objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operation and performance of as both a demand generation engine and a guest self-service platform, ensuring excellence in UX, content, and functionality.
- Direct a high-performing eCommerce and email marketing team, instilling performance rigor, disciplined prioritization, and operational excellence.

Proven experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives and managing high-performing teams. Experience leading or supporting CMS, enterprise-level email service providers, marketing automation platforms, or digital platform migrations strongly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills: Deep understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, including CMS, CRM, ESP/marketing automation, CDP, personalization platforms, and reservation systems.

PAY RANGE:
$99,369 - $141,957 SalaryThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. About the role:
Based in Miami, Florida, this role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. Position Purpose: A hospital construction project manager oversees all phases of a building project, ensuring it's completed on time, within budget, and according to design. They manage teams, coordinate vendors, and handle everything from initial planning to final close-out.
What you will do:
*Is knowledgeable of and ensures that supervised Associates are knowledgeable of applicable current compliance policies and procedures, laws and regulatory developments including their responsibility to comply with applicable laws, regulations and Holy Cross Hospital policies as a condition of employment, as well as reporting mechanisms such as the corporate compliance hotline.

Job Summary
Oversees the operations of the Heart Station and staff on a daily basis.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Completion of a 2-4 year diagnostic ultrasound program from an accredited institution
- ARDM/RDCS or CCI (registered Cardiac stenographer) - must maintain active and in good standing throughout employment
- Prior experience in clinical ultrasound
- American Heart Association BLS must maintain active and in good standing throughout employment
Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for researching the newest technology and equipment within the market and participates in the selection of equipment & supplies for the Heart Station, in collaboration with the Echo MD’s.
- Performs studies (i.e. pre-surgical cases, OR cases for echo cardiograph, etc.).
- • Creates departmental schedule, supervises on-call rotation, and serves as back up on call tech when needed.
- • Collects research data for physicians in collaboration with the Research department.
- • Assists the leader in creating, editing, and updating policies and procedures for the Heart Station team.
- • Identifies and corrects minor equipment malfunctions and software issues and refers major technical malfunctions to the appropriate team (i.e. biomedical engineering or IT services).
- • Responsible for providing proper coverage for the clinics & ensures appropriate amount of echo techs are scheduled. Accountable for providing the proper equipment & IT infrastructure to conduct Echo’s.
- • Institutes new procedures and keeps abreast of new procedures and theories.
- • Summons qualified personnel immediately if an emergency situation develops or if a patient is in apparent distress.
- • Orients, trains, and evaluates technologists regarding the policies and procedures of the department.
- • Assists the Director/Manager in preparing the annual departmental capital and operational budget requests for machines needed in the heart station; selects equipment.
- • Accountable for the recruiting, selection, and evaluation of technical staff.
- • Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary teams; shares information within timelines to aid top outcomes for patients and families.
- • Evaluates staff competencies including peer to peer observation. Performs QA on images, conclusive diagnostics, and study accuracy in preparation for presentation to the physician.
- • Prepares monthly reports regarding volume, complexity of cases, number of sedations, average time of case and completeness of studies for the Heart Station leadership team.
- • Selects, trains, coaches, and evaluates assigned staff, provides input to the performance improvement plan to maximize quality and safety.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Five years of experience in cardiac clinical ultrasound highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working within a multidisciplinary team to optimize the patient and family experience
- Knowledge of budgeting and capital budgeting process is preferred
- Demonstrates experience with vendor management and top notch negotiation skills preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot imaging equipment and software programs
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Three Dimensional ultrasound , Merge, and Cerner

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- 8+ years of sales experience in construction materials, with strong preference for mortar, drymix, cement-based materials, tile adhesives, or related sand/powder products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks in the U.S. market
- Strong understanding of the construction materials industry and distribution channels
- Experience working with contractors, builders, and building material suppliers

Responsibilities:
Development Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate development projects from concept through completion.
- Conduct due diligence and feasibility analysis for potential acquisitions or development opportunities.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and acquisitions teams to structure deals, obtain entitlements, and ensure project viability.
- Manage consultants, architects, engineers, and permitting authorities throughout predevelopment phases.
- Participate in the rezoning and entitlements process when necessary.
- Manage the approval and permitting phase of the development process and ensure approvals are in line with company requirements.
- Manage the design phase of projects, ensuring adherence to our standards and the established budget.
- Coordinate with, and manage, the design team to ensure the timely and on-budget completion of all plan sets.

Construction Management
- Lead general contractor selection process and negotiate construction contracts.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, budget, and schedule.
- Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve field issues, and ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Review and approve draw requests, change orders, and project invoices.
Ownership Communication
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, executives, and investors on project status.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with finance, legal, asset management, and leasing teams.
- Prepare executive reports, board presentations, and community meeting materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering ground-up development and/or major renovation projects on time and within budget.
- Deep knowledge of entitlement processes, permitting, design and construction standards, and project finance.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet) and MS Office Suite.
