Job Description
The principal focus is to drive revenue growth through the sale and promotion of partner solutions, working closely with Marketing, Industry Verticals, Business Lines, and Strategic Partner Managers. This role focuses on demand generation, deal origination, and pipeline development by aligning internal teams with partner field sales and leveraging joint go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities include managing the full deal lifecycle, utilizing partner funding programs, and ensuring accurate deal registration and compliance. The role also supports joint account planning, co-develops assets and training, and fosters strong partner relationships to accelerate opportunity progression. Key success metrics include partner-related bookings, pipeline growth, cloud/data consumption, and incentive fund utilization.
Drive Partner field sales relationships as the regional POC for the partner to engage and navigate Capgemini. Demand Generation and Sales Enablement with the Capgemini account base by leveraging the partner channel within a specified geography. Drives partner influence revenue, responsible for individual deals and registrations. Takes the lead for hyperscaler funding claims, working with all stakeholders to initiate and progress the claims.
Your Skills & Experience
- 12 plus years of experience in semiconductor services sales, with a focus on ASIC chip design or engineering services.
- Proven success in managing complex sales pursuits and closing deals of $8MM+ annually.
- Strong technical foundation with a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundries, EDA tools, and IP providers.
- Background in ASIC design or semiconductor R&D is highly desirable.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is ( $105,000 - $220,000/year)

This is a small team of highly motivated people designing, testing, and flying advanced mechanical systems. Conduct design for excellence (DFx) reviews to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements
Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to embed manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation in all phases of product development (e.g., prototype, R&D, certification, and production)

As a Systems Safety Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Systems & Safety team and will report to the Systems & Safety Manager. In your role as a Systems Safety Engineer you will contribute to the development and architectural design supporting the delivery of prototypes and certifiable safety-critical flight systems in a dynamic start-up work environment.
You will have these responsibilities:
Apply systems safety methodologies as defined by industry standards
Develop new processes / methodologies used to certify autonomous / remote operations
Perform safety activities in coordination with design, development and verification of aviation systems including: Generate safety artifacts such as FHAs & Safety Assessments for aircraft, systems and equipment. Generate reliability or testability assessments to support safety activities. Validate safety requirements in collaboration with systems teams. As an FPGA Design Engineer at Reliable Robotics you will be a part of the Embedded Systems team which owns the firmware and software at the heart of the Reliable Robotics autonomy stack. We are a creative and diligent team that provides dependable computing, networking, signal processing, and motor control solutions to bring our aircraft to life. Your contributions will directly enable development of our flight computer and air to air RADAR, unlocking higher-level capabilities, and setting the stage for product certification & delivery to market.
Responsibilities
In your role as an FPGA Design Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional development environment including mutual peer review to maintain high product quality. This work will include FPGA requirements, design, and simulation as well as code synthesis, hardware integration, and test support. You will contribute to multiple FPGA projects in support of the long-term Reliable Robotics technology roadmap.
Basic Success Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
4+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience in a professional environment
Professional experience designing FPGA digital logic using industry-standard design, simulation, and synthesis tools
Preferred Criteria
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Proven track record of product ownership including development and field support
Experience with safety-critical FPGA development (DO-254 level A/B or equivalent industry standard)
Experience architecting, implementing, and verifying fixed point DSP algorithms
Comfortable with a fast-paced, agile/iterative development life cycle

The Avionics Hardware team is a small group of highly motivated engineers who develop the core compute, actuation, sensing, and power electronics products at the heart of our automation system. We enjoy cradle-to-grave hardware ownership and hands-on test, iteration, and deployment of our designs. As a Sr Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will lead development of electrical components and sub-systems across our airborne and test platforms from the circuit-board level up through integrated systems and everything in between.
Responsibilities
In your role as Sr Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will design, analyze, document, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the circuit board through integrated electro-mechanical level. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing and test engineers as the expert on your hardware. You will drive improvements to the hardware through benchtop, environmental, and on-aircraft testing, and perform root-cause investigations to characterize, document, and rectify anomalous behavior in a safety-critical environment. You will contribute to continuous improvement of the team's development processes and practices through technical leadership.
Basic Success Criteria
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of full-lifecycle hardware development experience in a professional environment
Experience developing and simulating complex and manufacturable printed circuit board assemblies using tools such as Altium Designer and SPICE
Ability to work within a team, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to methodically diagnose, document, and solve electronic hardware problems
Preferred Criteria
Advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
Experience with aviation development assurance standards (e.g. RTCA/DO-254 for Level A/B items or equivalent)
Experience designing electronics to meet rigorous environmental standards (aerospace, military, automotive, or harsh industrial)
Deep expertise in high-speed digital design, mixed-signal design, RF design, and/or power electronics design
Proficiency with Python and/or MATLAB for analysis, data review, and test setup scripting
Ability to work both independently and as a leader of a high performing team

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the Design Verification Plan (DVP) and validation activities for complex product systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on prototyping and fixture design experience and the ability to independently drive validation programs in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Verification Plan (DVP) for product validation and testing.
- Plan and execute structural testing including vibration, shock, and impact tests.
- Conduct environmental testing such as temperature, humidity, ingress protection, and solar load validation.
- Coordinate testing activities with external test labs and test houses.
- Design and build test fixtures, jigs, and setups for validation and reliability testing.
