The Product Manager – HDI Fleets is responsible for developing and managing products that enable success in fleet-focused business development initiatives. This role requires expertise in aftermarket product management, marketing, and engineering collaboration. The Product Manager will drive product strategy, ensure strong value propositions, and lead initiatives to position the WIX brand as a trusted heavy-duty brand. The role also involves supporting direct-to-fleet markets and aligning product offerings with customer needs in Class 6/7/8 trucks, construction, agriculture, mining, and hydraulics sectors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for heavy-duty and industrial fleet applications

• Develop and maintain compelling product value propositions to meet market needs

• Drive insourcing initiatives to optimize cost and quality

• Communicate HD product range effectively to the market and reinforce WIX brand positioning

• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify product gaps and opportunities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product design and positioning

• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing and profitability analysis

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management within a manufacturing environment in automotive aftermarket

• Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and marketing

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of direct-to-fleet distribution models and contract structures

• Knowledge of Class 6/7/8 fleet operations and requirements

• Expertise in pricing strategy, market analysis, and lifecycle management

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians

• Oversee corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance for 24/7 operations

Position Summary

The Production Scheduler is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing the production schedule for all metal fabrication operations. This role uses IFAB’s internal “iFabrication” web portal and our ERP system to plan work centers, sequence jobs, and ensure on‑time delivery of fabricated components. The Production Scheduler works closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service to balance customer demand, capacity, and material availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and long‑range production schedules for cutting, forming, welding, machining, and assembly operations.
• Use the scheduling portal and ERP to convert customer orders and forecasts into work orders, dispatch lists, and prioritized queues by work center.
• Sequence jobs by due date, material, setup requirements, and batch size to minimize changeovers and maximize machine and labor utilization.
• Monitor real‑time production status in IFAB and identify variances from plan, and adjust schedules for rush orders, machine downtime, staffing changes, or quality issues.
• Confirm raw material and component availability (plate, sheet, tube, hardware, purchased parts) and coordinate with Purchasing and Inventory to prevent shortages.
• Communicate schedule priorities, constraints, and changes to production supervisors, team leads, and Customer Service on a daily basis.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly schedule reports, including work center loading, WIP status, and upcoming capacity constraints.
• Track schedule adherence and key metrics (on‑time delivery, WIP, queue times, utilization) and recommend actions to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings (production, planning, S&OP) to align capacity, staffing, and material plans with demand.
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting changes to routings, lot sizes, and scheduling rules within the ERP.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a metal fabrication, machining, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production scheduling, production planning, or coordinating shop‑floor activities.
• Proficiency with web‑based scheduling tools and ERP/MRP systems; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to read and understand production drawings, work orders, routings, and bills of material.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Physical and Work Environment

• Office environment located within a manufacturing facility.
• Frequent interaction on the shop floor around fabrication equipment; must be able to walk, stand, and wear required PPE.

Applied AI Engineer

Compensation:

• Design and build scalable AI powered services and tools to streamline internal workflows across multiple teams (e.g., operations, content, sales, support).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience with multiple years of experience in a production environment deploying AI/ML applications or infrastructure.
• Proven experience applying LLMs or similar AI models to real business or product challenges.
• Strong backend engineering skills (Python and/or TypeScript preferred).
• Experience with AI/ML orchestration and deployment tools (e.g., LangGraph style frameworks, Airflow like systems, Kubeflow, Ray, or workflow automation tools).
• Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Front end development experience in areas like React, Node.js, Web Development, front end web product design
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, logging, and evaluation.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms or technology driven products is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing

  data models and curated datasets with strong attention to quality, usability,
  and interoperability; create reusable engineering components and automation.
• Collaborate with the Architecture Team, the Data
  Platform Lead, and federated IT teams to optimize storage, compute, and
  architectural patterns for performance and costefficiency.
• Build model-ready data sets and feature
  pipelines to support AI/ ML use cases; serve as a technical coordination point
  supporting business units' AI-related infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI Working
  Group to operationalize models responsibly and maintain ongoing monitoring
  signals.

Governance, Quality & Compliance

• Embed data governance, metadata standards,
  lineage tracking, and quality controls directly into engineering workflows;
  ensure technical implementation and alignment within engineering workflows.
• Work with the Data Governance Lead and business
  stakeholders to operationalize stewardship, classification, validation,
  retention, and access standards.
• Implement privacybydesign and securitybydesign
  principles, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory
  obligations.
• Maintain documentation for pipelines, datasets,
  and transformations to support transparency and audit requirements.

Platform Reliability, Observability & Optimization

• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures,
  performance bottlenecks, data anomalies, and platformlevel issues.
• Implement observability tooling, alerts,
  logging, and dashboards to ensure endtoend reliability.
• Support cost governance by optimizing compute
  resources, refining job schedules, and advising on efficient architecture.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform Lead on
  scaling, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Collaborate with business units to understand
  data needs, translate them into engineering requirements, and deliver
  fit-for-purpose data solutions; share and apply best practices and emerging
  technologies within assigned initiatives.
• Work with IT Security and Legal/ Compliance to
  ensure platform and datasets meet risk and regulatory standards.
  

Staff Management

• Lead, mentor, and provide management oversight
  for staff.
• Responsible for setting objectives, evaluating
  employee performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Responsible for developing staff knowledge and
  skills to support career development.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience and HS diploma/equivalent education required.
2. 5+ years of experience in data engineering within cloud environments
3. Experience in people management preferred.
4. Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Databricks preferred).
5. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data
   transformation frameworks.
6. Experience designing and operationalizing
   ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration workflows (Airflow, Databricks Workflows), and
   CI/CD processes.
7. Solid understanding of data modeling,
   structured/unstructured data patterns, and schema design.
8. Experience implementing governance and quality
   controls: metadata, lineage, validation, stewardship workflows.
9. Working knowledge of cloud architecture, IAM,
   networking, and security best practices.
10. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across
    technical and business teams.
11. Exposure to AI/ML engineering concepts, feature
    stores, model monitoring, or MLOps patterns.
12. Experience with infrastructureascode
    (Terraform, CloudFormation) or DevOps tooling.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $115,523.42-$150,972.44. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
