We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Engineer to support project management, documentation, and coordination efforts on major infrastructure projects. Position Overview:

The Office Engineer serves as a key support figure within the project team, assisting with documentation control, cost tracking, procurement, communication, and coordination between field staff, subcontractors, designers, and client representatives. Key Responsibilities:

Project Documentation & Administrative Support

JOB PROFILE: REVIT DRAFTER – MODULAR CONSTRUCTION  

The Modular Revit Drafter converts architectural and engineering design drawings into LOD 400 production drawings used directly by our factory production team. This role supports the Modular Design Manager and ensures that modular building units are detailed accurately and efficiently for construction. This is a production drafting role in a high-output modular manufacturing environment. 

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED (Minimum Requirements): 

• Entry Level: Experience with Autodesk Revit or similar BIM software (0-2 years) 
• Entry Level: Drafting support role (experience in any 3D or 2D drawing software) 
• Advanced Level: 2-4 years experience with Autodesk Revit 
• Advanced Level: Independently produced production drawing sets (architectural or structural or MEP) 
• Working knowledge of Revit modeling workflows including views, sheets, and annotation standards 
• Ability to manage multiple drawing updates and revisions in a fast-paced production environment 
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings with an understanding of construction documentation, residential or light commercial framing, and common building assemblies

The Truckee area Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring administrative, contractual, financial and technical aspects of the assigned project(s) being executed. Project Engineer will be reporting to the Project Manager and/or Superintendent.

Job Responsibilities includes (but may not be limited to):

• Assists Project Manager and Superintendent in the management of construction projects, which involves cost control, expediting, quantity take-off, scheduling and safety.
• Develop peer constructability review of design documents.

The Account Executive will build and manage strategic relationships with customers and partners across the MUD, MUSH and fleet segments in order to generate, manage and contract a pipeline of EV charging (EVC) projects. Operating as a subject matter expert for EV charging infrastructure product design, installation, incentives, and provisioning/commissioning, you will manage relationships with existing EVC accounts while also building your own pipeline. In this role you will be creating and delivering technical presentations and financial proposals in support of PowerFlex's EVC program. You will communicate across a variety of customer levels, from C-suite clients to construction managers to legal and procurement departments. This position will be the face and voice of PowerFlex's EV charging solutions, articulating and quantifying the benefits to property owners & managers, and corporate executives of mid-size to Fortune 500 companies. Serving as a primary EV charging sales and business relationship manager, this role will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, maintaining accounts, and creating long-term account growth plans for customers throughout the US. The Account Executive will sit within the EVC team at PowerFlex.

Responsibilities

• Originate new MUSH, MUD and fleet accounts and EV charging opportunities through (but not limited to) cold calling, email campaigns, networking and participating in trade shows and conferences
• Identify new sales verticals, strategies, and lead sources to grow a pipeline with repeat customers
• Develop new and existing relationships with corporate executives, energy/facility/property managers and owners
• Take full ownership of your customer's success by ensuring high-touch client servicing and problem solving as their EV charging subject matter expert
• Regularly prepare and lead compelling virtual and in-person client presentations
• Guide EV charging customers on the value of adding onsite solar and storage (with the help of PowerFlex subject matter experts)

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $142,110 - $173,690 annually. The total compensation for this position will include commission. PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

Working Conditions

• Strong technical knowledge of PV system architecture, including inverters, protection & controls, EMS/SCADA, site networking, telemetry, metering, and utility interconnection requirements.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $128,610 - $157,190 annually. The total compensation for this position will include commission. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

The Customer Account Specialist (CAS) develops and maintains customer relationships with buyers and provides support for questions related to purchase orders, quotations, product inquiries, quality issues, and technical assistance. CAS works closely with the Regional Sales Managers to problem solve and find unique solutions to meet the customers' requests in a timely fashion, in support of ODU’s unique selling proposition of quickness. Customer Service also supports the Sales team by fielding customer requests, working with the necessary departments to clear roadblocks, and problem solve to ultimately satisfy all customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Reviews customer purchase orders to ensure all data is correct, identifying unique requirements that meet the ODU standard procedures; ensures order confirmations are sent to customers within 24 hours of receipt of order
• Partners with necessary department(s) to ensure compliance with customer requirements before accepting an order, as well as identifying unique customer requirements and problem solves to find the best solution for all parties
• Maintains ERP system with relevant customer data including shipping information, shipping dates, unique requirements and any other necessary information; manages the backlog process to ensure data integrity within the system, which may include on time delivery (OTD) data, monthly sales projections, monthly inventory projections, etc.
• Responsible for a full lifecycle of orders, which may include handling customer expedite requests, special or unique demand requirements; partners with Supply Chain to find creative ways to improve inventory availability
• Creates quotations and maintains price lists for standard products, as well as special customer pricing for large contracts; partners with Product Management to execute price increases to the market as needed
• Maintains solid relationships with all assigned customers, always seeking additional opportunities to meet the customer requests and needs; listens to customer queries patiently with an ear toward solution, requesting support as needed
• Works with top customers to retrieve supplier scorecards; and check the on-time delivery (OTD) to the established timeline in our ERP system; provides advanced notification to customers if shipment is delayed
• Responsible for Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA’s), including timely processing and resolution, partnering with internal Quality team to find the best solution for the customer and ODU
• Provides basic technical support to customers, understanding part numbers and internal processes when assistance is needed
• Responsible for additional duties and projects, as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of customer service and/or account management highly preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering or similar environment is ideal
• Strong customer service skills; able to articulate and understand requests or issues
• Knowledge of ERP systems: SAP and CRM preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to navigate systems and technology required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling ambiguity and changing priorities as needed
• A team player with highly developed communication and presentation skills with the ability to work and collaborate with individuals at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and find solutions
