Technology & Tools
- Support the adoption of new BIM tools, automation, and coordination workflows

Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business improvement and process improvement and serve as a business advisor to client.
Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Minimum 5 years of progressive audit experience providing financial statement auditing services in medium to large public accounting firm or equivalent.
3 years’ of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies.
Able to see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment.
Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
Active CPA license required.
Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS.
Demonstrated experience in practice development and business development.
Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
