Job Summary

The Senior Platform Architect will lead the technical architecture, design, and modernization of large-scale, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platforms built on Azure and the .NET stack. This role requires mastery of distributed systems, cloud-native design, and advanced engineering practices to deliver highly available, performant, and secure solutions for global consumer-facing SaaS and Agentic AI products.

Responsibilities and Duties

Architectural Design & Transformation

• Lead migration from monolithic systems to modular monolith and microservices architectures using domain-driven design, bounded contexts, and decomposition strategies.
• Design multi-tenant SaaS platforms with advanced tenant isolation, resource partitioning, and elastic scaling using Azure services.
• Define and enforce architectural standards for .NET (C#), TypeScript, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure, including dependency injection, SOLID principles, asynchronous programming, and reactive patterns.
• Design and implement distributed systems: service orchestration, API gateway management, IoT, edge computing, distributed transactions, eventual consistency, CQRS, and event sourcing.
• Architect for cloud-native resiliency: circuit breakers, bulkheads, retries, failover, geo-redundancy, and disaster recovery using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, reference models, and decision records using industry frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, C4 Model).

Performance Engineering & Observability

• Establish and monitor platform SLOs (latency, throughput, error rates, availability) mapped to customer SLAs.
• Architect and implement advanced caching strategies, indexing, and query optimization for SQL Server and NoSQL stores in coordination with Senior Data Architect, Data Engineers, and Database Admins.
• Design and implement telemetry pipelines: distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), structured logging, metrics collection, and real-time dashboards for system health and diagnostics.
• Conduct performance profiling, load testing, and capacity planning for backend services and frontend applications.

Automation, Quality, and DevOps

• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines with automated build, test, security scanning, and deployment workflows.
• Integrate static code analysis, code coverage, and quality gates into the development lifecycle.
• Design and enforce automated testing strategies: unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end tests for backend and frontend components.
• Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions for repeatable, scalable cloud provisioning.
• Create incident response playbooks for rollback, failover, and recovery, drive down MTTR and automate remediation where possible.

Security, Compliance, and Governance

• Architect for multi-tenant security: authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), encryption at rest and in transit, secrets management, and compliance with SOC 1, SOC 2, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.
• Implement secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management, including ZDR, DLP, No Model Training policies with AI Models.
• Ensure architectural governance and alignment with enterprise frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), maintain architecture decision records, and participate in architecture review boards.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor engineering teams in advanced architectural concepts, distributed systems, cloud-native development, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Architect, DevOps, IT Services, Engineering and Product Management teams to ensure platform extensibility, integration, and support for complex business requirements.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML services, advanced analytics, and developer productivity tools to enhance platform capabilities.
• Champion a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 10+ years in software/platform engineering, with at least 8 years in platform architecture for enterprise SaaS on Azure and .NET tech stack.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms for global consumer-facing products.
• Deep expertise in .NET (C#), Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL Server), Azure Open AI, Microsoft Agent Framework, TypeScript, Angular, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
• Mastery of distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Demonstrated success in technical debt reduction, performance engineering, and architectural modernization.
• Experience with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, C4 Model), architectural governance, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of platform security, regulatory compliance, and multi-tenant SaaS challenges.

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

• Reduction in platform-related incidents/support tickets.
• Improvement in deployment speed and release velocity.
• Reduction in MTTR for platform incidents.
• Achievement of modularization milestones (monolith decomposition, service rollout, platform observability in production).
• Increase in automated test coverage, code quality, and system performance metrics.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• TOGAF, Zachman, or similar architecture certification.
• Advanced knowledge of event sourcing, CQRS, service mesh, and cloud-native security.
• Familiarity with semantic technologies, knowledge graphs, and AI/ML integration.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, automated testing tools, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong background in platform security, compliance, and multi-tenant SaaS challenges.

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our engineering organization. This role reports to the Director of Engineering, works alongside our CTO on R&D and architecture initiatives, and partners closely with Product and Sales & Marketing. You'll own the delivery of technical programs end-to-end, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to parallel workstreams so the team can stay focused on building.

What You'll Do

• Drive cross-functional program execution across engineering, product, and contractor teams. Own the coordination layer: schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.

• Support engineering and product planning. Help translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage dependencies, risks, and accountability across concurrent initiatives. Identify conflicts early, surface blockers, and ensure decisions get made when they need to be made.

• Dig into the technical details. Participate in architecture and design reviews, review PRs and schema changes, and surface cross-cutting impacts with the end-to-end program in mind.

• Coordinate across contractor teams. Ensure cross-team alignment, hold teams accountable for delivery quality, and surface performance gaps. Help evaluate whether engagements are delivering value and inform decisions about scope, continuation, or transition. Maintain appropriate IP access boundaries between internal and external teams.

• Create and maintain program visibility. Own documentation of deliverables, statuses, and progress across workstreams. Surface contractor spend, infrastructure costs, and resource allocation data to inform budgeting decisions.

Who You Are

• Experience driving complex, multi-team initiatives in a growing company, coordinating across engineering, product, and external partners with a mix of internal and contractor resources.

• Strong technical background. You've worked deeply within engineering organizations and understand the difference between engineering and architecture. You recognize when architectural decisions create cross-cutting constraints or integration risks, and you can navigate a codebase well enough to ask the right questions.

• Strong communication skills. You can translate between technical and non-technical audiences, write clearly, and run meetings that people don't dread.

• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools. Comfortable enough with tools like Claude Code to build your own dashboards, internal tools, or visualizations that help you communicate status and move faster.

• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity. You identify problems and drive toward solutions without waiting to be told what to do. Priorities shift, requirements evolve, and you keep the program moving forward.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Education domain.
• Experience with data privacy compliance in sensitive domains (e.g., COPPA, FERPA, GDPR).

Location

Atlanta-based preferred. Open to remote candidates working in the Eastern time zone, with occasional travel for planning sessions and team collaboration.

This position will report to the Logik Solution Architect and will work closely with the development team, Master Data Management (MDM), engineering teams, the service desk, and other IT functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce cases and ServiceNow incidents entered by users to ensure timely response and resolution to issues.
• Collaborate with other teams within IT to escalate and resolve cases efficiently.
• Conduct working sessions with users to understand issues and guide best practices.
• Investigate reported issues, identify root causes, and propose viable solutions.
• Collect and document replication steps from business users to support troubleshooting by technical teams.
• Identify areas where new or updated documentation is needed and create improvements to support end users.
• Act as a liaison between business users, engineering, and technical teams to ensure quick resolution of system issues.
• Reinforce training, proper system usage, and best practices when users experience difficulty with designed processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support engineering resources in troubleshooting and resolving CAD-related issues linked to the kBridge tool.
• Approximately 10% travel to support go-lives and on-site data collection activities.

Job Requirements

• Manufacturing Background: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with exposure to precast concrete workflows.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity CRM CPQ tools, quoting systems, and CAD/drafting tools.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues into clear documentation.
• Analytical Ability: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
• CAD / kBridge Support: Ability to understand CAD workflows and provide support for engineering teams using kBridge-integrated processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience working with Sales or Engineering teams
• Experience supporting complex multi-stream systems
• Salesforce certification(s)

What you will do – Essential responsibilities

• Automotive Technicians diagnose, recondition and repair vehicles to ensure CarMax customers can drive away feeling safe and at ease
• Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization

Qualifications and requirements

• Experience in one or more of the following: engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, heating and air conditioning
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, and walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Where required by State/Local law, maintain ASE Certifications in Steering and Suspension (A4), Brakes (A5), Heating Air Conditioning (A7), Electrical (A6), Engine Repair (A1), Manual Drive Train and Axles (A3), Engine Performance (A8), and Automatic Transmission/Transaxle (A2)
