This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of our production operations and ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our production workflows, managing our production staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities: 1.

Supervise and coordinate all production activities, ensuring that projects are executed in a timely manner and within budget parameters.

Utilize Lean Management and 5S methodologies to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles to ensure constant enhancement of production efficiency and quality.

5.

Train, mentor, and manage production staff, ensuring a high-performance work environment.

6.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to meet production goals.

7.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

8.

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from production floor staff to senior management.

Qualifications: 1.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.

2.

Strong knowledge and experience with ISO and ASME standards.

3.

Proven experience with Lean Management, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.

4.

Bilingual skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.

5.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and leading a team to achieve production targets.

6.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues swiftly and effectively.

7.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

8.

A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our growing team in the Manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, planning, scheduling, and managing budgets to ensure that production is cost-effective and meets both quality and safety standards.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1.

Oversee the daily operations of weld and large assembly production lines to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

3.

Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

4.

Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.

5.

Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.

6.

Determine and implement improvements to the production process.

7.

Prepare and maintain production reports.

8.

Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.

9.

Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management.

Qualifications: 1.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, specifically in weld and large assembly.
