Account Manager

The BI / Reporting Architect is responsible for designing, building, and governing enterprise-scale business intelligence and reporting solutions across fintech and insurance domains. This role focuses on creating standardized semantic layers, reusable data products, and high-performance reporting platforms that support finance reporting, Custodian account & Direct business/ annuity insurance analytics, institutional reporting, and executive decision‑making.

The architect will partner closely with Finance, Product, Risk, Actuarial, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, secure, and governed, leveraging tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities:

• Design and govern enterprise BI and reporting architecture supporting fintech and insurance domains, including payments, lending, annuities, policy administration, claims, and financial reporting.
• Define and maintain dimensional data models and semantic layers to ensure consistent KPIs and metrics across reporting and analytics platforms.
• Establish standards for scalable, reusable, and high‑performance reporting solutions.
• Architect and manage enterprise semantic layers to abstract source system complexity and provide trusted, reusable business metrics.
• Design and operationalize data products (curated, governed datasets) for consumption across Power BI, Tableau, and downstream analytics use cases.
• Ensure semantic models and data products support self‑service analytics while maintaining strong governance and data quality controls.
• Deliver finance and institutional reporting solutions supporting Executive leadership and CFO/CTO level reporting, Investor and institutional stakeholder reporting, End of day close, and management reporting
• Standardize financial KPIs across dashboards, reports, and analytics products.
• Optimize reporting solutions for large historical datasets and complex calculations common in insurance analytics.
• Architect, develop, and govern enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
• Design and manage enterprise datasets and semantic models to support scalable, secure, and high‑performance reporting.
• Define standards for report development, deployment, versioning, and lifecycle management.
• Implement role‑based access controls, row‑level security, and data encryption at rest & in transit to protect sensitive financial, customer, and policyholder data.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, security, and privacy policies.
• Maintain data lineage, metric definitions, and documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.

Position Overview

The Overnight Hotel Manager is the most senior leader on property during overnight hours, serving as the hotel’s primary decision maker and point of accountability. This role carries full operational oversight of the hotel while also ensuring the accurate completion of all nightly audit and financial reconciliation processes.

This leader safeguards the guest experience, addresses and resolves escalated concerns, supports overnight colleagues, and ensures seamless communication into the morning leadership team. The role requires sound judgment, strong operational awareness, and the confidence to act independently in a fast paced environment. Precision, composure, and a service driven mindset are essential, as this position sets the tone for the hotel during its most autonomous hours.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel Wide Operational Leadership

• Serve as Manager on Duty overnight with full authority across all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Valet
• Oversee operational flow, staffing alignment, and service delivery to ensure standards are upheld property wide
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex guest situations, operational disruptions, or colleague concerns
• Make real time decisions that protect guest satisfaction, financial performance, and brand integrity

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Lead all overnight guest interactions and service recovery efforts
• Ensure high profile arrivals, special accommodations, and high touch service standards are executed seamlessly
• Monitor guest feedback and operational trends, escalating patterns to senior leadership as needed
• Represent the hotel with professionalism and composure in all interactions

Financial Oversight & Risk Management

• Oversee completion of nightly audit and financial reconciliation processes
• Ensure accuracy of daily revenue reporting, adjustments, and departmental postings
• Review operational reports and identify irregularities or risk exposure
• Maintain compliance with cash handling, key control, and internal audit standards

Safety, Security & Asset Protection

• Serve as the senior authority during overnight emergencies
• Direct emergency response efforts in coordination with Security and Engineering
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Proactively monitor building activity to mitigate risk and protect guests, colleagues, and physical assets

Leadership & Team Oversight

• Provide guidance, coaching, and accountability for overnight colleagues across departments
• Reinforce service culture, professionalism, and operational discipline
• Address performance or conduct concerns in alignment with company policy
• Ensure clear and thorough communication to morning leadership through detailed pass on reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of progressive hotel operations experience
• At least 2 years in a senior supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong understanding of full service or luxury hotel operations
• Proficiency in property management systems and financial reporting processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead independently and manage high pressure situations

A venture-backed neurotechnology company is entering a critical growth phase as it transitions from advanced prototype to enterprise deployment.

The company is building an integrated biosensing platform that combines research-grade EEG and multimodal physiological signals with immersive training environments to deliver measurable improvements in cognitive efficiency, stress resilience, and recovery capacity.

This is not a consumer wellness product.

This is a closed-loop adaptive system being deployed into elite performance and enterprise environments where reliability, validation, and outcomes matter.

We are hiring a Director / Sr Director of Product to own the architecture and delivery of the adaptive training system.

The Opportunity

This role owns how the system trains people.

You will define:

• How structured training programs are designed
• How sessions progress over time
• How intensity scales
• How biosignals drive real-time feedback and adaptation
• What “deployment ready” means for enterprise pilots

You will operate across:

• Neuroscience
• Engineering
• UX research
• Enterprise clients

Your responsibility is to ensure that physiological data, adaptive logic, and user experience come together into a coherent, reliable, field-ready system that delivers measurable outcomes.

What You Will Be Accountable For

Training Architecture

• Design structured, behaviorally grounded training programs
• Define session structure, progression models, and lifecycle logic
• Translate performance objectives into training flows
• Ensure programs drive durable, trait-level improvements — not short-term state shifts

Real-Time Adaptation Logic

• Define how EEG and other biosignals trigger feedback and system adaptation
• Establish thresholds, guardrails, and personalization logic
• Partner with AI / ML teams to implement individual-level adaptation
• Ensure training remains physiologically sound and technically feasible

End-to-End Product Experience

• Own the full user journey from setup and calibration to session execution and reporting
• Define product requirements across immersive training and enterprise-facing tools
• Review system flows to ensure clarity, reliability, and usability
• Identify and resolve gaps that could impact trust, adoption, or outcomes

Field Readiness & Deployment

• Work directly with early enterprise partners and pilots
• Validate that what is shipped performs under real-world conditions
• Translate field feedback into structured iteration cycles
• Hold cross-functional teams accountable to outcome-driven acceptance criteria
