The Role:

The Senior MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the selection and management of MEP subcontractors, and the review, management, and administration of mechanical bid tabs/Exhibit Bs, MEP submittals, monthly MEP requisitions and change orders, and MEP contractor schedule/performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for review of mechanical bid tabs as well as exhibit B in contract
  • Responsible for interviewing and selecting sub-contractors for each project
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of MEP sub-contractors
  • Responsible for reviewing and approval of MEP monthly requisitions
  • Responsible for reviewing and approval of MEP change orders
  • Responsible for site walks to ensure work is progressing according to schedule, including schedule updates
  • Responsible for direct communication with BIM/VDC personal and Superintendent to ensure coordination is on track with schedule
  • Work with A/E team to develop successful solutions to coordination items
  • Responsible for the review all MEP submittals
  • Responsible for obtaining all documentation from inspections and testing (varies on size of job)
  • Responsible for overseeing the MEP & FP contractor as well as the Commissioning agent

We’re seeking experienced Construction Project Manager in Healthcare, Ground-Up, and tenant improvements.


THE POSITION:

  • These individuals must have demonstrated ownership of projects, not just participation
  • We are particularly focused on candidates who have run work independently and understand schedule, cost, quality, and subcontractor management


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Structural, Civil, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5+ years of healthcare commercial construction experience is strongly preferred; commercial construction experience is required
  • Ground-up, Industrial, and Tenant improvement experience is ideal
  • Local Austin experience is a plus

As the Data Center Project Manager, you’ll be at the center of the action — driving the planning, budgeting, and risk management that bring these high-performance data centers to life. Reporting to the Construction Director, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to transform ambitious capacity goals into fully executable project plans — ensuring every stakeholder stays aligned from concept through completion.


This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who thrives on complexity, precision, and delivering results in a fast-moving, mission-critical environment.


The position


  • Build and maintain integrated project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Own and manage project budgets, forecasts, and change-order processes; report earned-value KPIs weekly.
  • Facilitate design and construction phase-gate reviews (30/60/90%), maintaining RACI matrices and action logs.
  • Lead contract lifecycles including RFPs, bid analysis, awards, PCO tracking, and close-out documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate long-lead and critical-path risks (transformers, chillers, switchgear, etc.).
  • Serve as the central point of truth for internal leadership and external partners — producing clear, actionable reports.
  • Provide strategic direction to project delivery teams including PMs, construction managers, and superintendents.
  • Develop staffing plans, oversee team performance, and promote continuous improvement through project standups and retrospectives.


Could this role be for you?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in hyperscale data centers, large industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven success delivering complex, fast-track projects across multiple geographies.
  • Deep understanding of CSA, MEP, procurement, and cost control processes.
  • Proficiency in P6, MS Project, Procore, Ares, Excel, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
  • Strong communicator — confident presenting to executives and field teams alike.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling and managing high-performing teams across regions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to active project sites as required.

Elite, global commercial real estate firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a top tier Class A office high-rise property that overlooks Lady Bird Lake in the heart of the 2nd Street District. They will be responsible for managing calendars, setting appointments, planning events, producing documents, and completing projects. The firm specializes in the development and ownership of trophy Class A office assets and office high-rises.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Property Management office including phone coverage and workload distribution for other administrative personnel.
  • Assists with vendor service contract bids, contract preparation and administration as needed.
  • Maintains equipment inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain property management calendar.
  • Maintain tenant and administrative filing system and ensures all documents are properly and promptly filed.
  • Assists managers in compiling annual budget information and notebooks for distribution to others.
  • Performs initial coding of all A/P invoices for on-line system.
  • Write up direct bill invoices for statements (print invoices, match up work orders, prepare invoices).
  • Prepare accruals for managed Service Provider accounts, & reconcile tenant bill back accounts at the end of each month.
  • Assists in preparing all RFI’s and RFP’s.
  • Primary liaison with Corporate HR & AP– payroll issues, timesheets, etc.
  • Ordering Kitchen, Office and Engineering supplies as needed.
  • Creates all mail merge letters, escalation letters, elevator entrapment letters, etc.
  • Schedules & Coordinates Tenant Evacuation Warden Training & Evacuation Drill.
  • Manage & schedule all Special Events & Filming projects in the building.
  • Develops and maintains positive tenant relations by creating and sustaining good will and by providing consistently responsive quality service.
  • Schedules and coordinates all new tenant orientations.
  • Coordinates tenant participation in the recycling program.
  • Schedules all Tenant Events & Tenant giveaways.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years administrative/office manager experience is required.
  • Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office computer application programs is required.
