The Senior Commercial Estimator leads the preconstruction estimating process for complex and large‐scale commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for developing highly accurate cost estimates, managing subcontractor relationships, guiding junior estimators, and ensuring competitive, profitable bids that align with organizational goals. The Senior Estimator plays a key strategic role in preconstruction planning, value engineering, and project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of detailed conceptual, schematic, and final cost estimates for major commercial projects.
- Analyze plans, specifications, and project documents to assess scope requirements and identify cost‐related risks and opportunities.
- Conduct full quantity takeoffs for structural, architectural, civil, interiors, and MEP disciplines.

Technical Skills:

Summary
The MMT Field Service Manager leads a U.S.-based team of Field Service Engineers supporting medical device manufacturing equipment for MMT Catheter Technologies. This role will manage a small team while being active in the field to learn the customers and equipment.
The Manager is responsible for both team leadership and technical oversight. Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ENERCALC, and RAM.
Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Experience in designing low-rise and mid-rise structures, and working with concrete and masonry.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
