Duties:

The Role
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) owns and facilitates tasks as outlined by the Project Manager or Project Executive, within the projects assigned.
Assistant Project Managers provide support and communication for successful project completion. APM’s provide a focus on the day-to-day details of these projects, including relaying correspondence between field and office (both internally and externally), ordering equipment, and managing project documentation. - Work with the department leader on business/personal development plan

- Draft equipment POs and check for accuracy compared to drawings, submittals, quotes, and building standards.

- Understand project budget/estimate and budget set-up.
- Develop and understand trade contractor and supplier contract scopes, with a constant focus on procurement and lead-time of materials to maintain schedule.

Position Overview: Develops, manages, and/or executes all phases of the project controls effort (mainly cost management and reporting). Typically manages large-sized projects. Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead the cost management and reporting functions on a large construction development program.

The Mission: Founder & General
As the Managing Director, you are the "Founder" of this Spoke. You aren't just managing a clinic; you are launching a high-margin business unit. You will leverage the "Shared Services" of our Hub (Payroll, Logistics, Tech) to remain lean while scaling at speed.
- Build the Engine: Personally architect and execute the sales strategy to recruit independent clinicians into the OMAP ecosystem.

- The Managing Director Share: You earn a 20% share of that 70% pool.
- The Traction Multiplier: Execute your "Rocks" at a 90%+ completion rate, and your payout is multiplied by 1.1x.
- The Upside: Annual variable compensation is uncapped, up to 100% of your Base Salary.
