Personal Injury Attorney

A well‑established, litigation‑focused personal injury firm in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. About the Role

The firm is looking for an attorney who is confident and capable in all aspects of PI litigation. Ideal candidates will have:

Required Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• (open to senior‑level candidates, including those with 20–35+ years of experience)
• Strong deposition skills
• Ability to manage discovery independently
• Comfortable drafting and arguing motions
• Experience handling serious accident or catastrophic injury cases is a plus
• Trial experience is welcome but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation-focused PI caseload from complaint through resolution
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Draft and argue substantive motions
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Engage directly with clients with compassion and professionalism

Compensation & Commission Structure

Base salary:

• Approximately $120,000 - 200,000+ depending on years of experience

Commission:

• Generally, 10% of attorney fees, with potential for higher percentages depending on case origination, first‑chair trial responsibilities, etc.
