Compensation
Compensation: $155,000 to $175,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. - Manage conditions such as pre-eclampsia, multiple gestation, fetal growth restriction, chromosomal and congenital abnormalities, preterm labor, maternal hypertension, thrombophilia, genetic disorders, and birth defects
- Participate in vaginal and cesarean birth planning and co-management for complex maternal–fetal cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary perinatal team including another MFM physician, nurse practitioner, sonographer, genetic counselor, and neonatology (Level III nursery)
- Document patient care using EPIC and Viewpoint EMR systems and maintain accurate clinical records
- Provide weekday and weekend call coverage as scheduled; coordinate handoffs and consults with hospital teams
- No supervision of other healthcare providers required — independent practice as an MFM specialist

Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital – Richmond, Virginia
- 400-bed facility with a 14-bed dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department.
- 24 pediatric floor beds.
- Annual ED volume of 22,000.
- Fully staffed Cleft and Craniofacial Team and excellent pediatric subspecialty coverage.
- 12 PICU beds and a 40-bed Level III NICU.
- A dedicated 24/7 pediatric transport team staffed by experienced professionals, including a pediatric nurse, respiratory therapist, paramedic, and EMT, ensuring seamless and safe transfers for critically ill children.
- Opportunities to pick up adult emergency department shifts at St. Mary’s Hospital, a tertiary care center, as well as other emergency departments staffed by the group.
- 24/7, on-site neonatologists, pediatric hospitalists, and pediatric intensivists.
- Pediatric services cover a wide range of specialties including allergy and immunology, cardiology, ENT, general surgery, neurology, pulmonology, endocrinology, orthopedics and urology.
