About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to build and grow strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a sales professional with several years of B2B experience who has successfully owned and managed new business opportunities end-to-end and is ready to deepen their impact in a consultative, relationship-based sales environment.

You will be responsible for developing new business with CROs, Sponsors, and Site Networks. Through proactive outreach, thoughtful discovery, and disciplined pipeline management, you will drive repeatable, scalable revenue while positioning 20/20 Onsite as a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and qualify target personas across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, including discovery, solution alignment, and negotiation

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and delivery teams to support programs, campaigns, and client solutions

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience within life sciences, clinical trials, or healthcare services
• Demonstrated success developing pipeline and closing deals in a consultative and relationship-driven sales model
• Experience selling to multiple stakeholder levels, from Project Managers to Senior Leadership
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for conferences and client meetings
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills

SUMMARY:

Director of Supply Chain and Demand Planning oversees all aspects of product demand, forecasting, and supply chain activities associated with LEDVANCE products in the United States; Manage the supply chain life cycle from the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plans for the forecasting models through supply chain purchase planning with LEDVANCE China operations in Shenzhen (CORE) for all products sold by the LEDVANCE business segment incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, the market, distributors and other sources. Collaborate with LEDVANCE’s CORE planners to ensure proper supply chain planning that ensures the product is received on-time to fulfill customer demand and reduces stock outs/backorders.

Is responsible for strategic planning and the implementation of systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of LEDVANCE’s demand and supply chain department. This position is the key focal point between the commercial (trade), retail and e-Commerce and operations functions. This position must oversee, advise and gain consensus on product launch planning, develop supply replenishment requirements, customer/channel fulfillment, and manage inventory planning. Internal partner stakeholders include sales, finance, CORE, sales operations, supply chain, and business segments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Manage the entire demand/forecasting and supply chain planning process to ensure the quality of the process and accuracy of results.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of demand supply chain and process improvement professionals who are responsible for day-to-day execution and delivering organization goals
• Direct demand and supply chain planning/forecasting and product fulfillment activities associated with base demand, major events, transitions, new product launches, and discontinued products, with special emphasis on product life cycle management and associated phase-in/phase-out requirements.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product managers, sales personnel, marketing and others to optimize sell in and sell down inventory levels throughout product life cycles and seize on short term opportunities.
• Lead catalyst for continuous improvement.
• Actively communicate important changes to the supply plan with a wide-range of parties, including Production, Planning, Procurement, Marketing and Project Management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or similar. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting or similar Supply Chain role within a medium/large corporate environment required.
• Demonstrated global supply chain planning experience
• Must be a strategic thinker, team leader, self-confident and capable of managing organizational dynamics in a positive manner.
• Experience in customer demand planning, supply chain planning, sales & operations planning, marketing/product analysis and/or inventory management.
• Ability to demonstrate experience in market or distribution channel interpretation and product forecasting with strong track record of documented success.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting large sets of data and drawing conclusions in order to make recommendations to internal and/or external customers.
• Demonstrable advanced/expert proficiency in Excel techniques and statistical analysis. Proficient with MS Office as well as most current specialized software products pertaining to marketing analysis, data analysis, and reporting

Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for a Semiconductor Dry Etch Engineering Lead to join our III-V compound semiconductor foundry team fabricating gallium nitride and gallium arsenide-based devices within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department.  This role requires a broad understanding of microelectronics processing and subject matter expertise in one or more dry etch related techniques including plasma ashing/descum, reactive ion etching (RIE), and inductively coupled etching (ICP).

As a member of the AMS Department, the individual in this role will serve as the dry etch processes lead engineer and collaborate with the various engineering work centers in the III-V semiconductor wafer foundry. The candidate will lead and assist projects in process sustainment, capital allocation, directing process and capital qualifications, improving cycle time, improving product yield, developing new data driven controls, and driving overall wafer movement efficiency.

The chosen candidate is expected to be an innovative and creative thinker capable of probing issues and reaching solutions both independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of various microelectronics processing techniques beyond deposition, including wet and dry etching, lift-off techniques, photolithography, metrology, process characterization, foundry data integrity, and large data analysis methods.

The candidate is expected to work well in large and small, cross-functional teams, understand foundry processes, determine capacity limitations, improve overall equipment effectiveness, identify yield improvement opportunities, gather sponsorship and team resources, and execute on continuous improvement activities. Presence on the foundry floor is essential for quick resolution of technical issues as well as the ability to work with operations, facilities, equipment, and quality teams. This position is designated as ONSITE. Commuting costs to and from the Andover facility are the responsibility of the incumbent.

What You Will Do:

As an Control Account Manager, you’ll be assigned to one or more LTAMDS programs and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Land and Air Defense products and services over their life cycle. As a Deployment Fielding and Sustainment (DFS) CAM, the successful candidate will support the DFS program Leads, LTAMDS Program Control Account Managers, and Program leads in the successful completion of monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), facilitate EAC and LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results. Scope of work includes partnering with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. The role focuses on driving cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools. The candidate will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to drive predictable cost and schedule. The ability to be self-sufficient as well as operating in a team environment, supporting both the Functional organizations, and ensuring program financial commitments are met and are fundamental to success in this role.

You’ll be responsible for the following responsibilities:

• Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and

Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) on a monthly basis including estimate of costs, test of reasonableness analysis, and risk and opportunities assessment at the Program / Product / Mission area level.

• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.

• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts

• Providing LCE inputs to proposals, supporting customer proposal negotiations, executing program start-up to include program Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule and performance baseline development. Developing and partnering customer proposals, white papers, statements of work and Basis of Estimates

You will also be responsible for Control Account Management responsibilities:

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience

• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition

• Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals

• Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar system

• Experience with MS Office tools

• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance is required.  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.

• Knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.

Raytheon is currently seeking a Test Equipment Design Engineer (Test Development Engineer II) to join the Sensor Test Solutions (STS) Department. This is an excellent position for engineers with a background in electrical design and software programming/automation, along with a desire to apply those skills to developing, building, and integrating advanced test platforms and architectures.  

You will be joining a project team responsible for the development of test solutions and architectures for various programs within Raytheon. Typical test development applications include analog/digital, RF, High Power, and embedded software/firmware design activities. Test architectures include a blend of customized and COTS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), along with custom electro-mechanical holding fixtures and associated interface cabling and harnessing.

Engineers in this role will also have exposure to the full lifecycle development process - from the requirements definition phase of the test solution design process through the verification and final system sell-off in a production facility or field/depot environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop test hardware, software, and/or firmware, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities. These test capabilities may span multiple disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital)

• Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations throughout the development lifecycle.

• Understand and meet established project budget, schedule, and performance commitments

• Guide mechanical engineering and/or suppliers through test adapter design activities, with moderate support from senior engineers.
