AgileEO specializes in space-based, small aperture visible and IR telescopes with integrated electromechanical devices used for motion and focus control. The successful candidate will support the program technical leads (Lead or Chief Systems Engineer, IPT Lead) by performing technical analysis, managing specifications, and generating design review and technical documents. Essential Functions:

Qualifications:

* 5+ years experience working with systems integration and test

L3Harris has an opportunity for a highly skilled Thermal Analyst to join our talented engineering organization. The Thermal Analyst will be a technical leader across multidisciplinary teams of engineers to create the best overall system design including thermal design, analysis, and test of optical systems operating in harsh space and ground environments. The candidate will possess in-depth understanding of aerospace thermal engineering technology and payload architectures for spacecraft sub-systems and instruments. These talents are used to direct and oversee teams who specialize in conductive, convective, and radiative analyses, understanding of heat pipes, radiative heat transfer, and thermal control hardware design (thermal blankets, surface treatments, heater tapes, thermistors) and the interaction with optical structures in order to minimize optical errors, and achieve operational temperatures. Essential Functions:
- System level thermal design & development, payload level integration and test, and risk mitigation for space-based environments
- Perform thermal design and analysis tasks on complex mechanical hardware including precision mechanisms, electro-mechanical devices, aerospace mechanism design, complex electronics packaging, supporting space-based deployable mechanisms, avionics, innovative thermal and ground based systems
- Create and analyze design concepts using thermal analysis software & FEA
- Defines and establishes the technical approach to meet assigned objective

Essential Requirements
Proficiency in hardware design, analysis and debugging of complex printed circuit boards
Experience in computer architecture and designing with at least one of the following high-speed interfaces: Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe), Double Data Rate (DDR), Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) or Ethernet
Able to conduct and communicate design and feature analysis based on a given set of requirements. Expected to set standards and achieve design targets (cost, performance, reliability etc.) for product through proper design choices, component selection and/or supplier selection.
Desirable Requirements
Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in an engineering role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or 1+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience

The Lead AI Partner Engineer will serve as the primary technical interface between Dell Technologies and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) joining the Dell AI Technical Partner Program. 8–12+ years in AI engineering, solutions architecture, developer relations, or partner engineering
Deep technical understanding of AI/ML solution architecture , including:
Model training and inference patterns
AI Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Triton, ONNX Runtime)
AI runtimes and acceleration libraries (CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT)
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Slurm, OpenShift AI)
