Operational Leadership:

• Experience in process design, warehouse planning, and cost control
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements
• Bilingual in Mandarin is REQUIRED

Position Overview:

Sterling is seeking a Part-Time Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support laboratory and chemical-handling operations. This role is ideal for an EHS professional with hands-on experience in chemical environments who can execute safety programs, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The EHS Specialist will work closely with site leadership to implement, monitor, and inspect EHS programs, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
