We are seeking multiple Data Center Logistic Technicians to join a large-scale data center operations team in Sandston, VA. These positions support high‐volume data center activity focused on inventory management, logistics, ticket resolution, and work‐order execution. Ideal candidates will have experience in IT support, warehouse operations, or data center environments, along with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and operational excellence. Role Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Asset Management:
  • Perform receipt, inventory control, cycle counts, and barcode management for data center assets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit materials following all required processes.
  • Assist with staging, stocking, and material distribution activity across the data center campus.
• Logistics & Work Execution:
  • Perform material movement, labeling, organization, and inventory staging.
  • Prepare hardware for deployment, including basic physical installation tasks.
  • Follow documented procedures for safe, accurate execution of tasks.
• Cross‐Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with engineering and operational teams to ensure proper material flow and documentation.
  • Support contractor/vendor coordination and maintain clean, organized work areas.

• Compliance & Safety:
  • Adhere to all PPE, safety, and high‐visibility gear requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Operation, Support & Troubleshooting

• Perform hands‑on mechanical support for Make/Pack and Primary equipment, including makers, packers, conveyors, feeders, conditioning equipment, and processing systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and apply corrective actions consistent with expectations described for packing/mechanical roles.
• Perform changeovers, adjustments, and set‑ups required for test runs, product development trials, and daily operational needs.

A prominent manufacturer in the electrical equipment industry is seeking a Director of Manufacturing in the Richmond, Virginia area.

Candidates Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering is required for this role.
• 12-15 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment producing large commercial equipment is required for this role (i.e., HVAC, generators, power equipment, modular manufacturing, or heavy industrial fabrication).
• Demonstrated expertise in lean, continuous improvement and lean transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated understanding of ETO (engineer-to-order), CTO (configure-to-order) and/or modular manufacturing is highly preferred for this role.

The Calibration Technician is responsible for performing routine and non-routine calibration of instruments and equipment used at the Client's facility. This role ensures that all critical systems operate within specified tolerances and comply with regulatory standards, including FDA, EU, GMP, and ISO guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform scheduled and unscheduled calibrations on a wide range of instruments, including pressure gauges, temperature sensors, balances, pH meters, and cleanroom monitoring devices, among others, and document properly in the CMMS.

· Maintain accurate and complete calibration records in compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards.

· Troubleshoot and resolve calibration issues, including out-of-tolerance (OOT) conditions, and escalate as necessary.

· Support investigations, deviations, CAPA, and change control processes related to calibration activities.

· Ensure calibration standards and reference instruments are maintained and traceable to national/international standards.

· Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by providing calibration documentation and technical support.

· Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure equipment readiness and compliance.

· Follow and contribute to the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to calibration.

Summary/Objective:

Owners Rep needed with a Construction Management/Superintendent background to oversee an EPC building a utility scale solar site for either a 6-12 month contract or contract to hire position with a well respected Owner Operator of utility scale sites.

Owners Rep - Construction Manager:

The Construction Manager is responsible for safety reporting, communication with internal and external stakeholders, onsite activity management, physical work of Owners vendors at the project site, to ensure compliance with applicable law and company policies, as well as contractual, industry, and regulatory requirements. Responsible for ensuring that the EPC Contractor complies with all aspects of site safety program and requirements. Acts as a liaison between project personnel, contractors, vendors, and public entities at the job site and is responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees and visitors. Also includes oversight of transfer of Care, Custody, and Control of Owner Furnished Equipment.

• Onsite Management: Ensure construction is in accordance with the scope of work, Industry Standards, Applicable Law, and Applicable Permits. Supervise on-site activities and ensure the following is being effectively managed by the EPC Contractor:

o Safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

o Adherence to approved scope, housekeeping requirements and work rules.

• Schedule Management: Understand the Contractors construction sequence and strategize to align contactors schedule with the deliverables required to achieve major project and financial milestones.

• Budget Management: Ensure adherence to financial plans to implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.

• Reporting: Provide regular progress updates; including construction schedule and any issues that may impact the project.

• Health and Safety: Uphold a strong safety culture on-site ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting safe work practices. Conduct safety meetings, drills, and training sessions to minimize risks. The Construction Site Manager has overall responsibility for ensuring that all Contractors abide by the terms and conditions of their agreement with the project as well as the local, state, and federal health and safety standards applicable to the project site.

• Environmental Compliance: Ensure that construction practices align with company Environmental, Health and Safety Operating Principle and with company EHMS policy in regard to regulations and sustainability goals.

Select Responsibilities:

• Work with project team to ensure timely completion and accuracy of project information and targets
• Organize and participate in project meetings with staff, owners, architects, and trade partners
• Prepare contracts and change orders in a timely fashion
• Prepare and communicate monthly variance cost/budget reports to the management team
• Provide oversight for all phases of construction, including safety, staffing, and ensuring contract documents are being followed and work is on schedule and within budget
• Foster strong partnership with owner to help the firm continue building on their 80% repeat business with current clients
• Produce and assist in close-out documentation

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or other relevant discipline
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the multifamily and commercial construction industries
• Successfully managed multiple projects to completion with values ranging from $10M-$60M
• Ability to organize, analyze, and problem solve challenges when they occur on assigned projects
• Effective communication and ability to build/foster strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

Salary Range: $130,000–$160,000

About the role

Stelic is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support a large data center project in Richmond, Virginia. This role leads schedule development, progress integration, risk analysis, and reporting across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will ensure that critical path activities are accurate, coordinated, and supported by clear logic and field-validated data.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, maintain, and analyze the Primavera P6 schedule for a large-scale data center project.
• Build detailed WBS structures, activity coding, calendars, and logic ties that reflect real sequencing.
• Coordinate weekly updates with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and commissioning teams.
• Validate progress, percent complete, and remaining durations with field leadership.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with clear insights, risks, and recommended actions.
• Support schedule risk reviews and scenario modeling for major constraints or delays.
• Maintain baseline integrity, track variances, and identify early-warning indicators.
• Partner with procurement to integrate long-lead equipment and delivery paths.
• Align the construction schedule with commissioning sequences for critical power and mechanical systems.
• Ensure documentation, narratives, and audit records are complete and accurate.

Requirements 

• 5+ years of scheduling experience on large capital projects.
• Strong background in data centers, heavy electrical, or heavy mechanical construction.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Ability to work directly with field teams to validate logic and durations.
• Strong understanding of commissioning workflows, critical path flow, and equipment startup.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex schedule issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field preferred.
