Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Developer / Integration Specialist to support a Retail Banking client in designing and building a scalable Workfront ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Workfront Core, Workfront Planning, and Workfront Fusion, with hands-on experience building integrations and enabling enterprise workflow automation.
This role will focus on implementing a Workfront Planning MVP and integrating planning capabilities with Workfront Core using Workfront Fusion to support enterprise project management, workflow orchestration, and operational efficiency within the bank's marketing and project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities

This includes, but is not limited to, production/packaging areas and related equipment, warehouse areas, office areas, and grounds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
1. Familiar with the manufacturing operation, equipment and support systems of the company and will set up
systems to respond to maintenance concerns regarding them.
2. Cooperate with other management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals.
3. Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
4. Responsible for setting up and managing systems for preventative maintenance for the manufacturing
operation.
5. Recruits and develops staff to provide the necessary skills to support the maintenance responsibilities for
the plant.
6. Continues to access skill levels and recommends developmental activities as appropriate.

12. Continually analyzes spending with the Maintenance Manager/Plant Engineer. Ensure proper documentation is provided for justification.
13. Promotes employee relations within the department.
14. Proactively communicates and responds to employee questions and concerns.
15. Develop a variety of systems and methods to measure effectiveness of effort.
16. Continuously seeks new ways of improving performance and controlling costs.
17. Reports problems and/or concerns to the Assistant Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Manager, and/or Plant Engineer.
18. Plans and schedules manpower consistent with production requirements. Continuously evaluates manpower to attempt to reduce labor costs.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Your new role
As the Technical Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing daily energy usage and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve operational practices. Working daily with internal teams and 3rd party vendors, you will provide mentorship on energy management and support the development of long‑term strategies to maximize performance. The role will take full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the CEP, ensuring all systems run safely, reliably, and efficiently.
