Job Description

Requirements

The primary functions of the Project Manager is to plan, manage, and implement engineering improvement projects with the objective of delivering improved engineering quality for the client by ensuring engineering processes, systems, and resources are integrated and optimized to achieve performance goals. Experience with Haas NGC control.


Knowledge of Haas Advanced Tool Management (ATM).


Understanding of global macro variables, mathematical operators, and logical functions in CNC programming.


Experienced CAM programmer.


Experienced G-code programmer.


Familiarity with Midaco (or similar) pallet change systems and programming.


Extensive knowledge of tooling selection and application.


Experience with high-volume machining, automated fixturing, pallet systems, and robot automation related to CNC machining.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Review and disposition non-conforming conditions on primary parts, assemblies and final product verifying disposition will meet blueprint requirements
  • Author process plans for non-compliant structure via non-conformance reports (NCRs) instigated by manufacturing
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and ensure that all solutions comply with engineering and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers, quality engineers, and manufacturing personnel to address deviations and propose solutions
  • Monitor production processes to identify potential design or manufacturing risks and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and product quality.

Skills and Experience:

  • Preferred software Exp: Catia / 3Dx, Solumina, MS Suite, etc…
  • Ability to assess and process product non-conformance requests (NCRs) as required by the ME function
