What We Are Looking For Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Lead Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining system software across CRM, CCM, vendor platforms, and cloud‑based solutions.
This role involves creating technical solutions, guiding engineering teams, and partnering with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

We are seeking a versatile Associate Scientist to drive the design and execution of molecular and cell biology experiments centered on AAV-based retinal gene therapies.
