Minimum Job Requirements 15+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in application modernization and full stack microservices development on AKS and cloud platforms (particularly Azure).
10+ years of experience with diverse programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, etc.) and the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs to drive adoption of new solutions across the organization.
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining platform tools, frameworks, and automation to improve productivity and streamline the SDLC.
Ability to design and develop detailed architecture artifacts (logical, conceptual, and integration diagrams) for teams and projects.
Strong experience with containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Hands-on experience with DevOps and automation tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Packer).
Experience with test automation frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium etc).
Experience building with AI development tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving attitude, with a focus on addressing enterprise-level challenges and identifying innovative solutions.
Strong fundamental understanding with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, ITSM, and software delivery tools.
Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and deliver results with ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with large-scale enterprise modernization initiatives.
Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture and hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity / experience with observability platforms Experience in integrating AI/ML solutions into developer workflows.
Strong track record of influencing engineering culture and driving adoption of modern development practices across large organizations.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $132,600.00
- $199,160.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
