This is a development position lasting from 3 to 6 months, after which time the candidate will be placed in a Supply Chain team at one of our US manufacturing facilities. WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Complete Michelin's Industrial Supply Chain Pipeline Training Program to successfully assume a Supply Chain position.

• Acquire knowledge of supply chain including associated processes, systems, methodologies and organization.

• Develop practical knowledge of operational and tactical planning at Michelin and other associated industrial processes and systems.

• Lead a project or initiative to apply your knowledge and skills to the optimization of a specific process within the supply chain.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree and/or 1-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering with a supply chain focus.

• 30% Prepares various financial data associated with refunds, invoices, recoupments, adjustments, cash disbursements, deposits, check voids and reissues, disputes, correspondence, or other data in support of the finance or accounting function. Insight Global is seeking an experienced Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector to support the inspection of high‑precision, safety‑critical components used in regulated manufacturing environments. This role focuses on performing hands‑on NDT inspections to ensure parts meet strict quality, engineering, and customer specifications before release.

This is a highly detail‑oriented position ideal for inspectors with experience in nuclear, defense, marine, turbine, or heavy industrial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non‑destructive testing inspections on machined and fabricated components using industry‑standard NDT methods such as:
• VT (Visual Testing)
• PT (Penetrant Testing)
• MT (Magnetic Particle Testing)

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements, including GD&T.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

The Electronics Specialist is responsible for solving problems not resolved by plant electricians. This includes working closely with electricians to resolve problems and requires mechanical knowledge of the equipment. This position reports directly to the Plant Engineering Manager.

• Program, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Programmable Logic Controllers utilizing PC and manufacturer’s programming software. Recognize and correct potential problems in programs on new equipment installs as well as streamline programs for maximum efficiency and safety.
