As a Valet, you are the first interaction with guests upon their arrival, so a great impression is key. • Explain the valet payment process; issue guests customer claim and final exit release checks, also ensuring the final claim check corresponds with written information
• Open and inspect the vehicles for damage prior to parking, noting all damage

• Fill out and affix key tag to guest key; turn tagged keys to the key room window, immediately after parking guest’s vehicle
