The Systems Engineering and Test Center (SETC) organization is currently hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Tucson, AZ location. SETC is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to design, develop and partner with multi-disciplines to shape innovative solutions for our customers. As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be responsible for technical rigor of requirements documents, coordination across teams, sharing program process knowledge, mentoring engineers, and working with the technical and program leads execute program tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, requirements management, providing SE oversight during integration and test activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on an effectors project pertinent to the systems lifecycle. This role is 100% on-site at our Tucson, AZ campus with the possibility of occasional travel.

What You Will Do

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements and requirements documentation for development and production efforts
• Perform and execute integration, verification and testing and/or provide Systems Engineering support during the test.
• Support system performance analysis, and Integration and Test
• Model the system and the system development and production processes using Cameo
• Participate in Failure Investigations
• Conduct Trade Studies and present results to customers
• Perform test planning to develop and implement test plans, and procedures.
• Prepare integration and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments
• Create and present technical data for design reviews and in preparation for test events.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of test data to ensure optimal system performance and to verify requirements.
• Support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and test
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

The Role

As our UI/UX Designer & Specialist, you'll work directly with our product and engineering teams to own the end-to-end user experience of the MenuFit app. You'll shape everything from onboarding flows and feature design to our overall visual design system — and you'll be the internal spokes person for the user at every step.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience on a consumer mobile app (iOS and/or Android)
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking alongside beautiful visual execution
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
• Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, gestures, and platform conventions (iOS/Android)
• Ability to translate user insights and data into clear, actionable design decisions
• Strong grasp of user flows, onboarding, and retention-driving UX patterns
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where designs go from concept to shipped quickly
• Strong communication skills — ability to defend design decisions in relation to UX/UI design principles

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing for health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle apps
• Familiarity with habit-forming design and behavioral psychology principles
• Experience building and maintaining a scalable design system from scratch
• Background in user research — you've run interviews, usability tests, or surveys

This position requires a strong leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff. Understanding of asset evaluation, risk assessment, retail sales, consignment, and pawn activities is highly desirable. Strong analytical and math skills are required and will be tested.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and quality.. Drive performance, productivity, and teamwork among all employees. Manage workflow between in-house teams (sales, marketing, repairs, shipping, etc.). Engage directly with high-value clients and vendors, ensuring premium service at every touchpoint. Uphold and strengthen the company’s reputation for excellence and trust.

Requirements

• Proven track record in operations management in the luxury retail of jewelry, the luxury watch industry or pawnshop management. Strong leadership and team management skills; able to motivate and develop staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Multilingual – English and Spanish required; additional languages a plus. Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous positions. Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on management style. Insight Global has a client looking for entry level degreed PETS. This is the first level of the Engineering classification. The Engineer will provide engineering/technical expertise to solve problems in the electrical utilities area, with close supervision. They are expected to develop skills in their field of study, and the ability to work with greater independence.

They will be assigned to a project that requires utility pole design mapping. They will be given survey packets of the poles they are mapping. These surveys were collected by the people out in the field. With the survey packets they will know the geographic location of the poles and the different assets (wires, boxes, etc.) attached to each pole. They will use all this information to digitally create the design \"distribution\" map.
