Job Details

• Lead and scale reliability engineering programs, including lab operations, product qualification, and long-term performance validation
• Oversee full-scale laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting internal and customer testing needs
• Drive reliability strategy across multiple product lines, ensuring products meet long-term performance and durability requirements
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to support NPI, validation, and ongoing testing initiatives
• Lead root cause analysis, reliability investigations, and continuous improvement efforts using structured methodologies (DOE, FMEA, Weibull, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience in manufacturing (e.g., energy, electronics, semiconductor, automotive)
• Proven leadership experience in reliability engineering, including lab operations and team management
• Strong expertise in reliability testing, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DOE, FMEA, Weibull)

osition Purpose:

• The Medical Assistant will function within the State of Ohio scope of practice to administer direct care to patients, functioning under the direction of the provider or registered nurse and practice manager, following all policies and procedures including Mount Carmel Health System, Mount Carmel Medical Group and department specific policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:

• Welcome and room patients: heigh, weight and vitals

• Review medical history chief complaints and gather other information

• Blood draws, injections

• Answer in basket message, patient follow up calls and message

• Using EPIC

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Highschool Diploma or GED with 1-2 years Medical experience OR Graduate Bachelors or Associates in science/health degree BUT Graduate/Completion of a medical assistant program preferred, Medical Assistant Certification or Registration preferred, or Graduate of EMT, EMT-P, or Military Medical Corpsman training preferred.

• Licensure / Certification: MCMG Only: Nationally recognized Medical Assistant Certification or Registration, preferred.

• Experience: One to two years medical assisting experience preferred. In lieu of required education, two to three years of previous medical office experience is required.

• Current BLS/CPR, and must maintain current certification

Job Summary:

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy software applications, services, and systems that advance the scientific capabilities of CAS Custom Services, offering expert scientific knowledge management consulting and custom informatics solutions. As a member of an Agile team, you will work closely with product owners and teammates to refine backlogs, groom epics and user stories, and prepare for upcoming sprints. Job Duties:

Software Development

• Design, develop, and enhance complex software applications, services, and systems across multiple Agile delivery teams, applying advanced engineering principles to deliver high‐quality CAS products and solutions.
• Exercise independent technical judgment to evaluate requirements, propose architectures, and implement scalable, maintainable code aligned with organizational standards and emerging best practices.

Backlog & Sprint Collaboration

• Partner strategically with product owners and cross‐functional teammates to refine and prioritize, ensuring clarity of scope, feasibility, and alignment with broader product roadmaps.
• Leverage domain expertise to influence backlog quality, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and shape sprint deliverables that advance product and organizational objectives.

DevOps, Automation, and Engineering Excellence

• Champion modern engineering practices by advancing automated testing frameworks, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and robust change‐control methodologies.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, proactively improving reliability, efficiency, and speed of delivery across the development lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Engagement & Influence

• Build influential relationships with stakeholders across CAS to align technical execution with business needs, resolve cross‐team challenges, and accelerate shared outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted technical partner, contributing expertise, anticipating impacts, and ensuring solutions integrate effectively across functions.

• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively assessing their application to CAS solutions and influencing team adoption of modern tools, patterns, and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree: Computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development and application delivery experience
• Coursework or familiarity with chemistry preferred
• Strategic thinking and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong team player with team spirit. Able to communicate effectively across all levels of management in a highly matrixed and/or agile environment.
