Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:

Project Management Support:
- Assist in the preparation and management of RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders during the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions from estimating to project execution, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Manage bid deadlines, monitor the status of active bids, and ensure timely submission of estimates to clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and estimating reports to track progress, performance, and key metrics.
- Analyze sales and estimating trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased efficiency.
- Provide management with regular updates on estimating activities, project pipelines, and any potential issues that may impact timelines or profitability.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends, pricing models, and new technologies to ensure the estimating process is efficient and accurate.
- Actively participate in strategy sessions to identify opportunities for operational improvements, increased efficiency, and profitability.
General Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and managing estimating functions.

Position Summary
The Senior Director of Warehousing & Assembly is a network-wide operations leader responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and continuous improvement of:

This role leads a multi-site distribution and assembly network and is accountable for driving operational excellence across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Talent. The Senior Director ensures standardized processes, consistent execution, strong financial performance, and best-in-class customer service across all facilities. The Senior Director will take well-established, well-functioning operations and engage in continuous improvement to strive for excellence in all key areas.
This leader will function as a change agent, building high-performing teams, implementing standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and driving Lean process improvements across the network. This role requires a strong cross-functional partnership with Sales, Customer Service, Product Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.

Network Operations Leadership
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Dimora Brands warehousing/cabinet assembly and Task Lighting assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end administration of Splunk Enterprise Security
Design & manage notable events, risk-based alerting, and threat intelligence integrations

Seeking a Buyer responsible for sourcing parts, equipment, and materials by developing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance; obtaining required items, verifying receipt, authorizing payment, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Process domestic and international purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and verify all transactions.

The Role
