Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for the inspection, documentation, and certification of critical components throughout the production process, including parts subject to flight safety requirements. This role ensures compliance with AS9100, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements through precise measurement and rigorous recordkeeping.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs various inspection activities utilizing precision inspection equipment at all phases of product manufacturing. Uses GD&T concepts, customer supplied specifications, and internal standards, to ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Read and understand complex engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications.
- Compare recorded measurements to blueprint dimensions and tolerances and notify specified persons of discrepancies using NCF and MRB process
- Familiarity with the use of various inspection and measurement equipment, i.e. CMM, FARO Arm, Borescope, Optical Comparator, etc. preferred
- Strong understanding of units of measure and applicability to GD&T principles
- Must be self-motivated and able to adjust to a dynamic work environment and tempo while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong professional ethics combined with the ability to function well on teams.
Position Requirements
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing or similarly regulated industry preferred.
- Familiarity with performing various inspection activities to include, i.e., 1st piece, in-process, final inspections
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledgeable of MS Word, and Excel
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the operation of CMM's preferred (Mitutoyo/Metris/Zeiss)

Description
Removes burrs and sharp edges or excess material from metal components including contouring certain edges and features.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Removes excess metal and surface defects from aerospace hardware or machined surfaces using pneumatic or hand held abrasive wheels or belted grinding equipment.
- Uses abrasive belt or wheel according to customer specifications or type of finish specified, product being polished, or amount of metal to be removed, using knowledge of polishing operations and abrasives. Monitors abrasive wheel or belt for wear.
- Operates polisher, grinder, or deburring tools and removes metal and surface defects or contours edges of components based on specifications of blue-prints or work instructions.
- Inspects work for acceptability of finish. Moves finished components to next work station for further processing.
- Performs other work as assigned by the supervisor.
Position Requirements
- Ability to lift or transfer components or objects of no more than 50 pounds.
- Understand and follow written and oral instructions in English and possess basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assist in tooling and process development.
- Considerable ability to use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to use precision hand held measuring devices, i.e., micrometer, vernier, go/no-go gauges, etc.
- Ability to use fine motor skills to manipulate small tools and perform meticulous work to close tolerances.
- Proficiently interacts with other employees and possess good interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years deburring experience or similar work involving fine polishing, grinding or contouring of metal parts in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
Working Conditions:
Light industrial work setting. Job involves lifting up to 50lbs. in a manufacturing environment that may occasionally require the employee to work in a number of awkward positions.

As the Physical Therapist in Home Health, you will be completing assessments and evaluations of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, you will work to help determine a treatment plan, perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluate the patient's progress.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Evaluates the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs. Assists the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care
* Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of physical therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team
* Observes and reports the patient's response to treatment and any changes in his/her condition to the supervising nurse and/or the physician
* Treats patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning using acceptable standards of practice
* Instructs and informs participating members of the health care team, the patient, and the family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals
* Visits patients according to Plan of Treatment, completes a progress note for each visit, and submits progress notes per LHC policy
* Completes all patient evaluations and develops the PT plan of care within state specific guidelines

The Opportunity
As a Strategic Treasury Partner, you will work in a fast paced, innovative and collaborative environment, to expand our credit/financing and liquidity opportunities, as well as actively collaborate with the Treasury team responsible for the management of MassMutual’s capital, liquidity, and financial flexibility. This role will also involve building out our existing reporting and forecasting capabilities to enhance the company’s leverage and liquidity management.

The Team
This role will report directly to the Head of Debt Financing and Liquidity and will be a member of the Balance Sheet Management team within the Treasury organization. Liquidity Forecasting and Management:
- Review investment commitments, in collaboration with Investment Management team

Debt and Subsidiary Management:
- Lead execution of subsidiary funding transactions
- Execute transactions for internal and external debt; maintain calculation of interest expense
- Partner with team to manage the trade finance portfolio
- Support debt portfolio optimization project
Optimization Projects:
- Minimize time spent on production and data manipulation activities by transforming our modeling, analytic, and reporting capabilities and implementing automation and technology where possible
- Lead additional analytic projects including subsidiary liquidity management
- Monitor changes in treasury regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations
The Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a financial role with exposure to accounting, cash operations, liquidity management and/or debt financing
- Bachelor's Degree
